I love you ladies, Destiny's facials is everything I enjoy watching her. Spears, Franklin, and Destiny make great leaders. You ladies are doing a good job, but where you messing up at is not "listening". Everything doesn't need an answer unless the coaches ask for one. Ya'll love playing around too much. Please put shoes on your feet and wear a shirt that you can practice is. I have much love and respect for you ladies I want you all to succeed in life and in a career. Show your coaches more respect please. Coaches your doing a great job with them.

There need to be a day where they practice their arm motions. Meaning, everyone line up and practice motions like candlesticks, daggers, T’s, touch downs, etc. My former cheer coach use to make us do that drill and use to push us to see if we’ll move. If she could move you, then that mean you’re not tight enough. We did that like 3X a week sometimes for 20-30 minutes. When it’s time to count the girls in everyone should be tight, when the coach yells cling they should hit right away. They need to lift with their knees and lock their arms and not lean on their tippy toes, but make sure their heels are planted on the ground when stunting. Keep up the good work ladies❤️❤️ I love watching.
This team needs more accountability practices. Pin point the ones that are doing wrong instead of the whole team. If its one person talking make that one run. Also make the punishments harder.

Black children don't have the same access and resources as 'other nationality Teams'. From birth, Black children are disadvantaged in this world. There are a lot of reasons they are struggling with focus and stress and redirection that have to do with socioeconomic status and anti-Black racism and schooling.
For the new season y’all should like give flyers a stretching routine help them with their flexibility and also have stunting clinics to like help them look more comfortable with the bases. Y’all have potential this upcoming season from what I see at summit.
I'm a man and I'm hooked on this channel! Lol The coaching is excellent, the kids are tough! More than boys in football practice, I have new respect for cheerleaders! Women bring forth life through pain, So they can handle sports with ease! The dancing is age appropriate, great presentation, keep it up
I see the improvement in the girls and I love it. Just some constructive criticism the flyers legs 🦵🏾 shouldn’t be constantly bent during the extensions. When they are doing their stunts the flyers legs are sloppy and all over the place. I don’t know maybe more stretches to help with the bent legs. I really love girls and can’t wait to see their growth.
Just something I noticed, but when Messiah is pulling her heel stretch make sure she’s pulling the heel of their foot rather than her ankle, that would help a lot with the height of the stretch. And remember to be confident girls, you’re all doing great!
The girl with the hat and monster shirt( well it looks like monster) on has a attitude with the coach during the correction of the stunt. She’s rolling her eyes and everything.
I would too although I dont think her attitude is with the coach she said before in the video her flyer wasn’t hitting the motions correctly so im sure its hard on the people under her when they’re trying to keep her up and she’s flying lazily not hitting the motions
The team has been making great improvement! I don’t think the issue is just the flyers. In some stunt groups the bases are moving slow when the flyer is already there - Vice versa. Also, bases need to realize that their legs are bigger than their arms so they should rely on their legs for more force /power instead of just their arms - that’s why they are giving out. Bases need to dip with the pop for their flyer to go higher. The higher she is the safer she is!!!
I know the coaches be reading the comments, y’all need to take advice from these people. I bet if my coach had practice with these girls they would want to hit their routine and do better. The team isn’t trying at all to put any effort in, then y’all wanna say “see y’all in Atlanta” or “watch us win this competition” realize that y’all aren’t giving your best. you have to want this. show in your routine that you are the best team there is and that you want to be there.

These stunts could be beautiful but the flyers look loose and the bases are getting the flyers feet together and the flyer needs to help by squeezing her ankles. Tumbling always lands together but the start can be off sync, and sometimes their tucks look scary. Coaches are doing what they need to but they need to coach a little harder and a little softer in some areas. There’s flaws with every team but these are just a couple things everyone can work on :)

Its been so much improvement in this team. The only things that needs to be fixed is more dramatic facials executed throughout the whole routine, all the flyer's big toe need to connect to the knee at all times during a lib, and the heel stretches/needles need to high and straight to their ear and also grabbed from the foot not the ankle. Great video though!

Based solely on what i can see from the videos, I think Keri definitely stepped up a bit, but there are others on this team that have shown more consistency and initiative in helping other teammates, and respect for their coaches' time and authority than Chrissy has. Tip for you lovely, hardworking coaches: the girls will show and tell, by their actions, when theyr'e ready to be leaders and take the responsibility seriously. Dont just promote them bc of their age/experience. But i really pray this team thrives and succeeds in all that yall do!
