@@dreemyblaze4533 it’s played at the end of the episode where mikasa first sees Eren’s Titan in the first season, but I’m hoping they play it for chapter 131 adaptation as well

It’s the duality of the show and as the show is a good reflection of how this cruel yet beautiful this world can be, for the characters in the show but also for us the readers/watchers. Never had a show hit my like aot(sorry for the rambling)

And I would probably choose the slowed to perfection version because I don't want it to end. Bird in a cage, this one is for you Eren. 6:28 to 7:30 hits differently
It is really impressive how they chose the right words in german and managed to deliver such a beautiful und poetic message! The duality of life is potrait beautifully in this piece - hopeful, beautiful, fertile as well as chaotic, cruel and destructive. I don't why but Sawanos work gives me Hans Zimmer vibes. Is his artwork by any chance influenced by Hans Zimmer? Does anybody know that?
@@tsarge_017 yes of course! No one said that the credit doesn't belong to them. They did a brilliant job and it also sounds very unique and it has a very high value of brand recognition.
Wow, I did not expect this to hit this hard. Vogel im Käfig already kind of is in a mellow tempo, but slow it down more and you get this amazing ambience that, due to Sawano's genius composition, captures Shingeki's story all too well. Good stuff!
It feel so surreal to have been able to start watching this around the same age as them when the walls fell. This is the first time I've felt like I've grown with the characters over the span of my life. I feel like in a way I've experienced what they've went through all around the same periods as I was watching as my view on the world change so did theirs. As I lost my friends so did they. As their friends became enemies so did mine. I mean all on a much smaller level and not as brutally. But there was so much I could relate to and understand within this show as I was watching it. All the way from 10 years old to 19. I feel so lucky to have been alive to witness what I believe to be one of the best episodic series in media.
Same!!! I always think about it. How he died at 19 and I was 19 too. It just felt real and how I always used to put myself into Eren’s place because we were the same age when Aot started and ended. It’s so beautiful!

I will remember shingeki no kyojin forever as my favorite anime, I just love it, I can't even stop thinking about the end and how sad and destroying it is
In the first part, I can imagine Mikasa, Armin and the others trying to talk things out with Eren, trying to bring him back by the power of friendship. 3:20 But no matter how heartwarming their little speech was, it wasn't enough to sway Eren from the path of destruction. He is too resolved and too far gone to turn back now. 6:30 In the end his ultimatum is: The only way I will stop the rumbling is if you kill me.
I like the strong contrast between "Alles Lebendige stirbt eines Tages Ob wir zum Sterben bereit sind oder nicht, der Tag kommt sicher" and "Wir werden gegen unser Schicksal ankämpfen Wir dürfen uns nicht in unser Schicksal ergeben"
It's so heavenly yet so terrifying, so peaceful at first and then it seamlessly becomes so tense, Man it'll be so poetic if they played this in the final episode since it was played in the first. it'll give a great and an emotional conclusion to eren's tragic ending. from the child who wanted to avenge his mother and humanity to humanity's biggest enemy
