    I don't have trouble doing the the string crossing in this piece, the hardest part for me is not squeaking the opening two entry notes. Starker even had trouble playing the two opening notes. and you can hear him squeak quite badly in one of his vids(even though, he owns that piece!) I really need to have strong accents and quick movements off the strings with a quick forte to make it sound good. the section your practicing is not the hardest. Bach also uses this technique in the 1st prelude. The fast passages after that are difficult :)

      Well, this came from a session about doing back and forth string crossings, so it's all about that.
