Hi, try to fix your core muscles with bodyweight exercises. Probably this will fix your problem!

Try planking for 30 seconds 3x evry night befor bed it helps, work on your footwork and buy thin jump rope to be quicker on your feet👍🏻

I usually play winger but I’m good anywhere on the field and our goalkeeper is going to have to miss one of our matches so the teacher told me that I’ll have to play because I’m the best goalkeeper within the outfield players so I hope this helps.
