This might sound a bit odd but I think I kind of prefer if the animatronics weren't being possessed. I like the idea that Fazbear Entertainment has gotten *so* advanced at robotics that the robots themselves are developing their own original souls, but the compony doesn't acknowledged that and just keep using and discarding them as though they were simple machines.
Yeah, same. That would definitely fit in with why they’re so human-like in thought and consciousness, similar to ours.

It also fits with the actual lore. The whole daycare for the animatronics thing, and Vanny trying to corrupt their learning. The theory that they're possed would mean every endo is also possessed because they all learn.

Why can’t they have both. Fnaf has established that emotions can have the power to make objects haunted so think about all emotions that the animatronics can soak up in the pizza plex not mention the pure agony that’s below the pizza plex so together animatronics can slowly have their own souls
The Glamrock animatronics mirror the twisted ones from the books. The twisted ones killed people in the book despite a seeming reluctance present among the group. Some were mindless puppets controlled by Afton, the wolf however was demonstrated multiple times in the book to hate being used to capture and kill people, even disgorging itself of a captured individual when confronted by Charlotte Emily(Robo Charlie). This points to a connection between the two sets of characters that might explain the human elements each displays, such as Glamrock Chica crying, Roxy suffering from depression and Freddy being parental with Gregory.

The animatronics mouth is usually not animated what they say, meaning the souls are possibly talking from inside, they just cant speak in their own voices because they are attached to the animatronics.

Your argument that the Glamrocks are possessed isn’t far off, especially with how Chica’s walking and twitching is unique, given she’s the only glamrock that is more zombie like compared to the others.
While thinking about AI and glitches. If we consider the older FNAF timeline, in FNAF 3 night 2 phone call, phone guy mentions, “The animatronics are set to turn and walk towards sound, giving an easy and hands free approach, to making sure the animatronics stay where the children are”.
Springbonnie has that program in him, and we know the springlocks crushed William, but the suit is in animatronic mode. Even though he can control the suit, he can’t resist the programming that’s inside of it (despite being 30 years old 😂).
Even in Ruin, the robots are programmed to go towards any noise, as HELPI states when you’re using the camera stations.
Also don’t forget in what is considered the bad ending of security breach we see a newspaper with multiple missing children so that means there’s a chance that Gregory was not the first one to be stuck in or go missing inside of the Pizza Plex.
I’m waiting to see that Freddy head start talking. 🤣😂
Theory: The Animatronics are dependent on becoming Haunted --- What if there is a supernatural phenomena tied to the land that causes the hauntings? (Pet Cemetery or Poltergeist style) And that the biggest secret of all is that the animatronics are really not High-tech, they are instead "harnessed" spirit energy? What if Fazbear entertainment keeps building over this site again and again because it's the only way to make this work; they don't really have a "competitive edge" over the competition's robotic designs; there only advantage is that a mentally-crazed co-founder of the company discovered that ghosts are real and that they can cause inanimate objects to exhibait "life-like" qualities?
What if that's what the red pond in FNAF world and in the end of SB: Ruin under everything is suppose to represent? We drown ourselves in FNAF World (as a bear-figure) and we see Dreadbear walk back out of it (an undead bear) in HW: Curse of Dreadbear.
Further more, the Funtimes Series is made of hollow coiled tubes (they are real objects you can find at the hardware store); what are those hollow tubes full of? Why is Enard's true self the tubing and not the frames or the bodies of the Funtimes? Is that because those tubes are full of Remnant? Remember how "advanced" the Funtimes are for being such an early time period in the story; again, maybe they technically aren't "advanced" --- Maybe they are just tubes of liquid remnant wrapped around frames, given decorative plating to appear like Fazbear robots?
I seriously think the intersection of Supernatural Horror and Cyberpunk in this series is the tech level; I think the "secret" of the entire story is that Fazbear is built on a stack of lies; the core of which is that they don't have actually good robotic technology; there is a reason they jumped from Springlock Suits to the Toy Series. Perhaps no one knows exactly how they get juiced up (except for Afton) but what if they all know that they aren't being truthful about their own "patented technologies" and know that Afton is somehow winging it... Perhaps they were even dependent on this guy so much they'd overlook suspicious behavior? Perhaps Mister Emily, after the death of his only child, started to look into things too much and the board members had him removed, because the other original co-founded had the "real" magic behind making it all work?
Why on EARTH did I think 2:48 am would be a very appropriate time to watch this?!?!
So, some observations Superhorrorbro made when covering Fury's Rage include 6's Pizza Place under the Megaplex, and maybe the first to have the idea of Michael in Freddy. He also considered the other three of Scrap Baby, Lefty and Molten Freddy, with Glamrock Chica, Roxy and Monty (not necessarily respectively), and if we *did* apply spirits to the Blob, the faces of Puppet and Baby implied those girls aren't in there. I once had a mix-up between Abigail and Amelia leading me to compare Chicas and Babys, such extents like the hair bow.
However, like a Freddy silhouette is with Old Man Consequences, and Andrew is an angry spirit with an alligator mask, SB'S Golden Freddy plush is in Monty's room. Not totally believing Cassidy in Monty myself, but there you go.
I think Vanny took all three, Chica, freddy and Bonnie to the pit. Then they were reintroduced to the original souls of the 3 children trapped in the funtime freddy blob. Since golden freddy is the most powerful, I think he has the most control over his body, Chica is unstable because the cupcake has a piece of her soul in it, and she is incomplete. Bonnie became very much in control and was severely punished by a corrupted Monty. Maybe even foxy went down too, but as we know, foxie has always been glitchy, so he was scrapped. Monty and Roxie may have been fully corrupted and was not hospitable to the souls, so they are ai and corrupted. I say this because after being disconnected or shut down, like with freddy when ran out of power, and yes, I think the anamatronic part of him died and the soul took over, it severs any link to the corruption and they are free. Roxy was shut down and then reamerged to save Cassie, so I don't think this is a coincidence. But these are just my theories. :D
I think the reason that Circus Baby doesnt refer to herself as Elizabeth is because she had some ai from before Elizabeth possessed her, and so i think the ai in Circus Baby would use Elizabeth's knowledge to become more aware. And i think the thing you take from Circus baby before you go to the scooping room/Ennard bossfight room is the ai from Circus Baby, after you take it from her, i think Elizabeth's soul would have full control. I think everything the originals did before they were possessed was preprogrammed, they just did the same thing over and over and so when the missing children would come to possess them, they would already have full control. While Circus Baby would have to have some kind of ai to be able to count the children and know when to scoop someone. The same with the Puppet, the Puppet was made to protect the ones who had green wrist bands aka Charlie and so the Puppet would need some kind of ai to be able to know the difference between the wrist bands and know what to do with each of the wrist bands.

one thing that makes sense with roxy being the dad, she sound protective of cassie, it sounds a lot like how a father might sound if put in that exact situation
Except for that at the ending of help wanted 2 cassies dad ends up being put into the staff bot that gives cassy the vanny mask, wouldent make sense for him to be in 2 places at once🤷🏽♀️
It's not too crazy to think that maybe the friendship between cassy and Roxy was bloomed through the time they spent together, or maybe a sould that used to be close friends with her. Not sure🤔 hope this gets debunked someday

The glams dont have the memories and thoughts of the original souls, because like in the mediocre melodies the souls are split into so many pieces that overtime, they most likely lost all or almost all sentience and most of their memories. This would explain how freddy suddenly feels protective of gregory and the same with roxy and cassie. I would also say that this gives them a sentience of their own, so that their programmed personality and AI becomes self-aware and life-like. I will say that however unlikely, roxy could be possessed by cassie's father because as it is shown in the books, a soul can in fact transfer their remnant to another host, making it possible that she(he, them?) could be cassie's father. Also, as I said earlier, her father could have lost most of his memories. This can be shown because when the children are killed, they lose most of their memory, except for their death. Which explains how they feel so much anger towards anyone who looks like their killer.

The whole place is a breeding ground for the robots to gain the next best thing to life. when Chica gets dumped into the charging pod, she gets shocked a bunch in it.
Where is this building getting power from? The city should have taken this place of the grid. The agony of the old robot parts has festered to serve as a 'battery' to the lights, rides and the robots themselves. The Pizza Plex is a haunted house, and Zombie rule is in affect. I think Cassie needs to get that chip in her head from the V.A.N.N.I. mask removed but given that Roxy is still moving after the TRUE ending, I don't think either of them will like how that has to happen.
Another clue for the glamrock animatronics to be haunted is the fact glamrock Freddy’s head still functions even after Gregory removed it from his body. Furthermore, in Ruin, cassie is chased by the headless body of Freddy which could indicate a new spirit (or the mimic…much I think is also supernaturally haunted) took over to go after her.
But in ruin the freddy moves so which part had the soul

Considering that this theory means 2 of the 4 might be possessed by the bullies (Bonnie Bully/Cassie's dad Jeremy? = Roxy, Foxy Bro/Mike = Freddy), then doesn't that mean it COULD be possible that the other Bullies, Freddy and Chica Bullies, could come back and possess Monty and Chica respectively???
I've been wondering for a while, why do people think Cassie's dad is the bonnie bully? I never seen any evidence for it.
@ThatoneGremlin It started as a wild theory in Ruin, when her dad was heavily associated with Bonnie (said to be his favourite), with a random Glamrock Bonnie Plush and Mask reminding her of her dad.
But then in HW2, all the main murders were showcased (MCI, Charlie, Elizabeth) except for the Bite of '83.
And in a hidden part of that area, there's a Classic Style Bonnie Mask with the message "This looks Familiar" and the achievement "Lost Luggage"
Implying HW2's protag is associated with a Bonnie Mask, which seems to represent the Bite.
And the only person associated with the Bite and a Bonnie mask is the Bonnie Bully.
Also the Bonnie Bully has the same colour scheme as Cassie. (Red Shirt, Blue Pants, Darker/Tanned Skin)
Hence, the Bonnie Bully = Cassie's Dad
Tbh, Roxy being possessed in Ruin would make a lot of sense to me since her change of tone no longer revolved around her being a homicidal vengeful bully to a nice and almost sister-like figure to Cassie (although I don't think she could be possessed by Cassie's father unless you want to consider Roxy to be transgender). Think about it, if Glamrock Freddy is good because Michael Afton's spirit possesses him, then I think the same thing is happening with Roxy's character in Ruin; because corrupted or not, Roxy would still remain an abusive heartless narcissist regardless, even towards people who aren't Gregory or even getting her eyes back. And yes you could say it's because she had a connection to Cassie's party as implied, but given how M.X.E.S. is ordering her to kill Cassie and Chica and Monty tried to kill her with no qualms that it's not Gregory, its possible some spirit that use to be close to Cassie at some point would prevent her favorite animatronic from killing her.
Hi! I think that Monty has the soul that possesed bonnie. Now that we know that bonnie didn't reactivated like Roxy, i thought that the soul transferred from Bonnie to Monty. You reminded the aggressive personality of Monty, wich is a common trait of the child's soul that possesed FNAF 1 Bonnie, wich fighted against Fnaf 1 bonnie before he got kill by him. So, while visiting the FNAF 6 pizzeria, Bonnie could hypothetically get possesed by that child's soul, and when Bonnie got killed by Monty, it transfered to Monty. I didn't follow for a long time the FNAF lore, so i am not sure if the FNAF 1 Bonnie soul got somehow in the FNAF 6 pizzeria. Sorry for the bad english, 'cause i'm from Italy, i just wanted to express my thought. Keep going, you're fantastic!

The thing is Roxy cant work as being Cassie's father as he is possessing mask bot at the start of ruin and we found this out in FNAF Help Wanted 2 and Glamrock Freddy is most likely to be Michael as he protects Gregory like he is his younger brother willing to make up for that time he let his younger brother's head crushed in a robots mouth and Gregory does look like C.C , Gregory is most likely to be a robot version of C.C like just look at the character look at Gregory FNAF SB and the look at C.C FNAF 4 and that line 'I will put you back together' and we know that William was speaking through that Fredbear plushie at the end since the Fredbear plushie has a walkie talkie in it and the voice colour was changed (only slightly but still) so we know that was another character talking through the Fredbear plushie and the fact that Gregory has no home, no family and no where to go you will see the evidence for Gregory robot since a robot wouldn't have a home or family and Chica has this line 'I will take you to your parents!' and that might seem like a lie to get to jump scare you but Chica is possessed by William so if Gregory is C.C the younger son of William that line makes sense since she will bring Gregory to his father if he is C.C and so in my opinion Gregory is a replica of C.C as a robot and Freddy is Michael (If you can tell i watch game theory and other stuff and sorry it so long also for if people dont know what C.C means it means Crying Child)

Yasss!! Finally, someone who believes that the Glamrocks are possessed! This is literally how I see them, possessed. But I’ve only read Into The Pit, The Security Breach Files, Silver Eyes, and the book I’m reading now is the FNAF Movie novel so I didn’t read the other Fazbear’s Fright series and didn’t know about Stitch wraith moving without battery cuz the soul is controlling it! Nice theory btw!
I can see Roxy being possessed, but not by Cassie's dad. The Help Wanted 2 game made it clear that he was forcefully put into the Mask Bot that gave Cassie the Vanny mask in the first place, after all, so I doubt he'd be able to escape it, since he's now a prisoner of Glitchtrap. It could be possible for this to be one of the original victims, though, if we pay attention to what you said. I doubt it would be Cassidy the vengeful spirit, so Susie, the girl who most likely possessed the original Chica, makes the most sense for that. I hope the next free roam FNAF game ends up taking place just after the elevator crash and tells us more about this.
That's what I was thinking. Like, there's no way Jeremy wasn't able to get out of the Mask/Map Bot unless somehow his soul split? Idk. It just seems, not likely for Jeremy to be in Roxy despite the way she sounded when she told Cassy to run.

The biggest problem with "PossessedGlamrocks" is that it only makes more mess.
Souls and Remnant are "connected with each other" if MCI is still there, so is Afton and if Afton is still there, so is Charlie. If Mike is still there, so is Elizabeth and MCI (if they are the souls of Molten Freddy, if not then ignore them) and I could be wrong, but if Elizabeth is still there, Afton is also still here.
Fnaf 6 was supposed to release all souls, and "PossessedGlamrocks" theory says "Frick you Henry. Your plan failed" and brings them back.
It really doesn’t because these aren’t all the same souls all the previous souls are in the blob the souls in the glams are new dead kids.

one security breach ending heavily implied there were at least nine missing kids at the pizzaplex, in fact Glamrock Freddy and Gregory LITERALLY mention disappearances, usually in this universe Disappearances are fill-ins for deaths, so it isn't far fetched to say that Vanny slaughtered at least nine others before Security Breach, now if they went onto possess animatronics? I don't know

What's always confused me about Roxy at the end of RUIN is the fact that she somehow knows where to find Cassie and the Mimic.
The Mimic's room is something she'd have never been to before, but after going blind and being deactivated she still manages to very quickly catch up to Cassie.
The scooper room in sb has a needle/injector, and afton is using it for a remnant farm to make the animatronics lifelike
The thing with the cupcake doesn't make sense but every glam rock animatronic undeniably teleports, and chica does more than any of the other ones, so it seems too frequent to be just a gameplay mechanic, especially since only the glam rocks can as far as I can tell.

So your saying is that The Glamrock animatronics became Self Aware, and they develop their own Identities because they are possessed by souls. But that doesn't mean that that soul is in full control of the animatronic it possessed. The animatronic was influenced by that soul, and in turn, it developed the traits and characteristics that person had.
You might be right about Roxy because when her eyes are taken as an animatronic she can’t see and attacks through sound. But after being deactivated and coming back her literally looks at Cassie during the scene where she is fighting Mimic even though she has no eyes. So that is evidence too she might be possessed at that point.
what if cassys mom was in roxy? since her dad is a fazbear technician, then it would make sense that their family is familiar with and possibly close to fazbear entertainment. also, cassy never mentions her mom, which could mean that she has grown up with just her dad because thats the only parental connection she has. now as for roxy attacking gregory, i would say thats either a mother in emotional pain of wanting to be with HER child and no other kid (which would also explain her toxic attitude towards gregory), or the glitchtrap virus simply makes her kill gregory. this would also make sense in ruin because when roxy grabs cassy and then realizes its not gregory, she says "im sorry, error." which could be when cassys mothers spirit really starts fighting the glitchtrap virus in order to save her daughter. i dont know about you, but id say if theres anything that could stand up against evil spirit possesions, it would be the willpower of a mother protecting her child.
I think that the classic mci was never in molten Freddy, the glamrocks being possessed would make sense tbh. If the company had the old parts of the classics that means molten Freddy didn’t have the classic mci, William didn’t put the classic mci in funtimes but just destroyed them and died
There might be a poltergeist, the place be haunted, not the animatronics possessed, and the soul in question might not even be aware of what it is doing, like, your will to touch makes your hands move, your will to see makes your eyes move, the soul will to save Cassy activates Roxy, the soul anger towards Burntrap activates the blob, and so it goes, it's emotions might be stronger than glitchtrap's influence over the animatronics, hence the supernatural nature of it's capabilities, the one talking to Gregory through Fredy's mouth during the "im not me" speech might not even be Freddy himself

A really wild idea is that the soul inside Roxy is an unaccounted for soul, that of Ballora.
That would make sense, I'm not sure about ballora since I don't see a connection to cassy that would give them such a close bond, but ya never know😂
A thing he didn't mention about Glamrock Chica in this video is that the payer can hear her breath in a raspy way if Gregory gets close to her while in Freddy belly hatch.
I think that Monty is possessed by Cassidy because of her/his hatred/anger to people more specifically to Cassidy, Afton, William Afton.
There are reasonable arguments as to whether or not the Glamrocks are possessed by souls.
Freddy being in Safe Mode does explain from a scientific point of view how he isn't affected by the Glitchtrap virus. However, when Afton himself tries to take control of him, it implies he had a "backdoor" designed for if one or all of them were to free themselves of his influence.
Freddy getting up after he missed the hourly recharge is still weird. On one hand, he says its considered a "second wind" and it never gets brought up again. It is possible that he could be possessed, but it doesn't explain how, despite having an alternative power source, he shut down outside of Parts and Service. My theory is that he pushed himself to the brink to safe Gregory after his communication signal was fixed by... Gregory taking the security card and performance disc.
Im not sure how many people may or may not know this, but Fazbear Entertainment was fully aware of the sinkhole back when the Pizzaplex was first being built. They planned to make it into an attraction unaware of what was left inside.
Glitchtrap forced Vanessa to infect the Glamrocks security mode a ways before the game took place. As the animatronics became their puppets, Vanessa brought them down to FFPP to dig out the remains of Scraptrap to give Glitchtrap his own decrepit, burnt remains back, hence the latest version "Burntrap" fixing up what was left of him with various endo parts.
How Tangle (The Blob) came to be is unknown due to the lack of screentime it had, but im assuming Molten Freddy assimilated the animatronics from FNAF AR to survive the fire (Explaining how Tangle got back the Funtime Freddy face plates and Circus Baby's as well.) It would also explain why The Puppets mask absorbed in Tangle didnt have the tear streaks going down its face because the Puppet we know was still trapped inside of Lefty (As far as I know.)
I also forgot to mention Freddy being on "reduced power". I'm not sure if it's to explain why the player can't use Freddy as an infinite, mobile, hiding spot, or if it's to be an actual part of the plot. Being on reduced power means his battery doesn't get charged all the way. From the games point of view, the battery indicator in Freddy's point of view is a timer on how long Gregory can hide... inside him. For plot relevance, it would explain why Freddy has to recharge more often than the others. When we make it to the front doors at 6 am, Freddy tells us, "His systems will shut down within an hour" if he doesn't make it to a recharge station in time if he doesn't recharge by the hour. It would also explain as to why the others don't recharge as often as Freddy, although, it could just be from the developers not making it that way in the game.
On the side of them actually being possessed, it would explain how Ruined Chica, Monty, Roxy, Shattered Bonnie (to a degree), Sun/Moon/Eclipse, and possibly DJ Music Man (If he didn't get destroyed) could survive as long as they did come Ruin without functional recharge stations to power them back up.
Monty is more one who can't Accept things and insted get's Angry like a Child. For Example.
Monty Get's Angry, because he has no Purpose in the Pizza Plex. So they included him to the Clamrock Band and Move Bunny away from it.
Monty get's Angry again and Smashes some Guitars, because he can't play them. So they give him New Hands who make it easy for him to Play Guitar.
Monty Get's Angry again because people say he will never be as good as Bunny. He gets Rid of Bunny so no one can't Replace him.
Monty has finally his Great Moment on the Stage. And he get's Angry again and Destroy his Room, besause it was ruined by Freddys Breakdown on Stage.
Now he has a Second Chance to make it count. There is a Lost Child in the Pizza Plex! He will find it and Everyone will say oh look it's Monty who found the Lost Child!
And the Child Break his Legs with a Giant Ball Bucket, and insted of swollow his proud and Search for help, he instead gets angry and looks for the Child to make it disappear.
I don’t think the Glamrocks are possessed, I like to believe they’re sentient robots, I think that’s basically been confirmed anyway, Help Wanted 2 pretty much said it in the mini game with the Endo with the headset, And the books said the storyteller virus messed with their programming making their personalities worse, I also just like to believe they aren’t possessed because that makes them stand out from past animatronics who actually are possessed.

I absolutely love this theory, though I can argue that Roxy doesn’t have to be Cassie’s dad. Cassie’s dad apparently has had brain stuffed into mask bot and is currently possessing that as of Ruin, according to Help wanted 2. But even in the movies, the possessed suits showed more care towards other children. If Roxy connected with Cassie and cared for her, that would also be the case for whatever spirit is possessing her (Freddy is another example of that with Gregory). Similar to Freddy she got her second wind and went to save her. Another point of it not being Bonnie bro, is that Roxy talks to herself when she thinks she’s alone. One pitch sounds insecure and the other pitch hypes herself up. The insecure pitch could be the spirit and the one who saved Cassie.
To be fair, it doesn't even need to be the OG souls, in the Tales From the pizzaplex, we see a lot of people dying in various ways of both workers and visitors inside the pizzaplex so it wouldn't be to crazy if it was someone newly-dead who was possesssing them. Either that or some of the old ramnent is still present after the original souls moved on and said ramnent fused with the advanced ai to create sentience. In case of the former it could be anyone ranging from Luca to one of the many victims of The Mimic to Grady to many-many others who's perished in the pizzaplex. The idea of Roxy being possessed by Cassie's dad is interesting though.

A couple discrepancies as well as my own speculation on your theory.
Cypher theory: there are many ways to interpret the message, as with all vague messages. One way that makes sense to me is the thought of "they hunt now" being they literally hunt and search for Gregory/Cassie. "Drawn to life" as they are brought, drawn in context of brought up, created. "Not real, still keen." They aren't real souls, but the agony of the old ones. Just as good as they were before, though not the original souls. "Your life, your aim, will save those with souls." It's a play on the previous statement of not real vs real soul. Agony cannot be saved, so you can't save Monty or chica as they are agony. Freddy and Roxy however? The only two you directly save in both ruin and security breach. Therefore, save those with souls? The only two with souls are the ones you can save.
GRF spirit theory: yes, he is a bit more cryptic after he comes back from vanny. From then on he is a lot more vague with his wording, so that being his possession makes sense. As for the who, Mike is the obvious answer. "Think of it as a second wind" after being on the ground? Sister location 8-bit animation showing mike doing the literal. Exact. Thing. However, a counter theory to your major points about "when they could be possessed" is that they are indeed inhabited the entire time, and the hourly recharge cycle powers them and the batteries so the soul cannot be in control. When Freddy's battery dies, the soul takes over. In ruin, same thing.
Other possessions: Chica, Roxy, and Monty all lose the ability to recharge, thus allowing the souls to take over. As for the who is in which one? Ya got me there, I don't actually know enough to make confident speculation.
Bonnie theory: he doesn't get up because his head was massively damaged. What is the common denominator with the possession of the rest? All intact head pieces. Bonnie's is clearly beyond repair and operation, unlike even chica and Monty, where their heads are largely intact. Prototype Freddy in ruin seems to be the only exception in where the head is the source/key to the possession. Theories as to where they are separate Freddy models are everywhere, Gregory takes original GR Freddy's head, and headless proto Freddy acts with agony over remnant could support my theory as well.
Roxy: you seem confident that Roxy isn't possessed or at least showed possession until the deactivation in ruin. However, where in the script would someone program "GIVE ME BACK MY EYES!", "GREGORY!", and other voice lines seemingly pointing to Gregory or extremely niche and specific situations. My point here is that Roxy was always possessed as well but blocked out by the glitchtrap virus. After the virus, when she gets a hold of Cassie, she then reboots into safe mode which turns the "scripts" back on. Then when she is deactivated, it turns her off which allows the spirit to take over from there which does end up supporting your ending theory on her. Convoluted, I know, but extremely viable.

In stitchwraith stingers the Sheriff picks up the puppet implying it survived the fire (if the books are canon, but that topic is a fire tornado of controversary.) So the Puppet isn't in the ruined remains of FNaF6, how then, is there the tearless mask on the blob? I think, its the FNaF AR version. The Puppet was fully designed to be in Lefty in FNaF AR but never released and this not only inraged fans but also didn't make any sense.
Case and point, I think that the variant of the puppet the Sheriff finds is the FNaF AR one. He doesn't find it inn FNaF6's location so it would make sense that he finds a mass-produced Fazbear Entertainment variant. The tearless one on the blob is the real one. This all is to say I think Illumix scrapped Lefty because the lore implications of Lefty's purpose. Lefty is meant to capture the puppet but would no longer be needed with the Puppet inside to entertain people.

No I doubt they are possessed. They could be imitating the spirits that possessed the animatronics’ scanned, copied, and uploaded circuits, which contributed to the Glamrocks’ odd personality traits.
I'd say rather than having the souls of people; they have pseudo soul, a fake soul, that was copied from the circuit boards like Glitch Trap is for Afton.
Roxy rebooting makes sense, as Sun/Moon when they became Eclipse. It makes more sense that the Faz Wrench can only reset the robots, possibly not shut them down. Personally though, I think it makes for a better story if they are just robots that are either really good imitations of intelligence, or have gained a sapience of their own. Let the original animatronics be their own thing, let them rest, and let Security Breach stand on it's own feet.

I believe that the animatronics have a combination of both basically it’s confirmed that objects can be haunted by emotions so imagine how much emotions that are in the pizza plex not to mention the pure agony that’s in the basement so the animatronics are like sponges soaking up all the emotions that caused them to slowly develop a soul.

my issue with this idea is that as far as we know, the dci moved on without issue, but Roxy Has to be haunted by the same spirit that haunted mangle for her character to work (my counter argument is that the animatronics are running Mimic code heavily based on previous animatronics that the glam rocks where supposed to fill the roles of (like Glam rock Freddy runs a modified puppet mimic code, causes he the leader and very protective, and Roxy runs a modified code of mangle)

For me, I think Roxy was never possessed. I think her personality shifted because of her bond with Cassie. Like the security puppet for example. We may have deactivated Roxy, but it doesn’t mean there was a reboot system in her.
Especially that we see it with Sun/Ecliplse, the FazWrench doesnt deactivate the animatronics it reboots them.

I never liked the idea of animatronics being possessed post-FNAF 6. That was a primary theme in the first 6 games (the Afton saga) but it just doesn't work in the new saga. AI has now become so advanced that it all seems redundant.
