Dear Tahir Saheb, thanks for the detailed information. When we sale our purchase any property, normally the tax is paid by "Waseeqa Navees" as they have the current "DC Value" information. In all cases the seller / purchased are dependent on Waseeqa navees. After execution of the deed, seller and purchaser get the copies of receipts paid to FBR, hence both seller /purchaser have to enter the amount as per the receipts. Your views on this?

Sir kindly advise, if we draw two CPR AGAINST PURCHASE OF ONE PROPERTY, ONE FOR DC VALUE AND OTHER FOR REMAINING AMOUNT TO SHOW ACTUAL VALUE IN RETURN. ONE CPR FOR LANDRECORD DEPARTMENT, AND BOTH CPR FOR FBR TO SHOW ACTUAL VALUE. Actually seller want to show DC value.

I want to know that if i sale a property of 6 Crore and i have paid tax on dc value which is about 1.50 Crore , then which value i will show in my return total 6 Crore on which the property is sold or 1.50 Crore on which the tax is paid as per dc value . Please reply and guide . And if i will show full amount of 6 Crore in my returns than fbr will ask me that i have paid tax on 1.50 Crore of dc value not on full amount Please reply on this case
I have a similar situation. What I understand is that in the return, you will show 1.5 crore as you have the receipt for this amount only. If you show 6 crore, then you will have to pay the extra tax, and that itself will be a big headache.
@@PakPunjabiif i showed 1.5 crore return then its also a mismatch , as actual amount of 6 Cr is credited in bank account and i think fbr beware of it ...

Exactly. Though a malpractice, this is the normal routine in Pakistan when selling or buying the property.
If inherited property is sold then 236C will be calculated on which value - DC or Fair Market Value

Whichever is higher, yani 90 lac he kren ge. Video mein clear bataya hai, magar log nahi kertay, which is malpractice.

You should have paid tax on higher value either cost or Fair Market Value of FBR as per section 77 of income tax.
