- British officers deployed to Germany have told Sky News they have witnessed drug-taking and known hooligans among the supporters following the Three Lions ahead of their match with Serbia.
Europe correspondent Siobhan Robbins reports from Dusseldorf.

Impossible to predict when football has a massive element of luck. One chance that goes wide on another day could have went in. Any team can score so any close matched team can go to either team depending on who has a better finish or header that day.

There are old agreements dating back to the 80's for coordinated policing, around the world, to combat hooliganism.
Largely because British Police were at the forefront back then and eurooean police were far less effective at policing football. We had to teach them.

They are able to tell the German police who the hooligans are so they can keep a closer eye on them, they said in the video they have seen at least 100 of them.

@@killerrabitofcaerbannog it's not really an official governmental agreement. Global policing is a law into themselves, pun intended, beyond Europol and Interpol.
They have global conferences of their own and make their own agreements which evolve constantly. More of a hive mind thing..
