Director’s Statement: “There are things you do that, once you’ve done them, you still don’t know how to explain them. This short film is definitely one of those. It started out as a live-action music video with brief moments of animation, and just wasn’t quite working. Little by little, the animated chickens and animal orchestra gained screen time, and eventually co-opted the film. Life is like that. Or at least, it is in my household.”

Such a catchy song, and I love the video. I purchased the CD and book as a pre-release and simply love the entire CD. This song is my second favorite (Dwight Yokam's "I've Got a Dog" is my #1). I highly recommend the entire CD. Buy it, play it, love it, dance to it!
