I made the mistake you talked about in the video about returning to rowing and overdoing it. This gas resulted in a knee issue.
This mobilization routine is absolutely amazing! Not only is it taking care of my knee, but a shoulder pain unrelated to rowing. I am more pain free than I have been in 10 years.

wonderful! i will start immediately this practice in order to keep my hip injury controlled.
Love this... I warm up on bike to "unlock my hips" I may have a slightly torn labrum in Left Hip, that totally unlocks with 10 minutes on bike...crucial adjustment!
