- DSP received an email from Stuttering Craig about a potential part 2 of the interview, doesn't like what he hears, and goes into full meltdown mode, where be rambles about WWE Champions, the bank leaks, and the $5k in business expenses on his bankruptcy he kept avoiding answering. Oh, as a side note, apparently Kat knows who all the detractors are by name. Not sus at all.

They investigate these things, and the reason they didn’t in Phil’s case was because of the pandemic, they’d have never signed off on it if they knew. Point is, he made a fraudulent claim, which is illegal and would never have been granted the bankruptcy.

He was riding high on the success of his twitch channel and he figured it was a good idea to open himself up further to the world. Phil is so full of BS on about his bankruptcy forms. My parents had to file them once before, and you personally have to fill them out, not your attorney. The attorney is only there to make sure you get everything right and guide you through the process, nothing more. Phil filled out the $5000 a month for business expenses, Phil filled out $100 a month for his cat, which before he claimed that he did not have the first time around! This is why anyone who has a brain does not believe him because it is so easy to find out he is lying!
Also, the reason why the tough questions were asked was because they were the only ones that mattered! Those were the ones where Phil needed to debunk and prove false, and he could not! Why? Because they are all true! The fact he even mixed up the iTunes and PayPal transactions from the bank statements shows he can't even keep his lies consistent.
And one more thing Phil, they benefit no matter what you do! They showcased how much you lie, gaslight, and redirect over and over! No matter what you do now, it hurt you to do that interview. Just own up to all of it and move on!

Dave wanted to send Craig an email, with all the "evidence" that supposedly proves that Dave isn't blowing thousands of dollars on mobile games, and then after Craig reads it, to immediately delete the email. This whole thing reminds me a lot of the "Todd Togers Dragster" incident. The Sidescrollers weren't there to prove Phil's innocence, they were giving him a platform so he could prove his own innocence. He had everything he needed, an outside perspective, a platform with a much bigger following, and a controlled place where he could let himself be heard, and he still failed. It doesn't matter how many times he "rationally explains" something, explanations aren't evidence, it's just words. Since the interview all he's done is retreat further into the echo chamber, it's only a matter of time until we get a full-blown meltdown.

Just admitted he either maliciously and purposely lied on his bankruptcy, or that he was too incompetent to fill them in correctly..... Either way his bankruptcy should be voided.

Unfortunately bankruptcies are handled like a criminal court case is in this particular respect: if you're found innocent in court (or granted bankruptcy in his case) then it doesn't matter what evidence comes out in relation to it later date. If you're found innocent of murder, if they come out afterwards and say they really did it you can't charge them for it again. The time to catch the crime was when it was being looked into and you can't just reopen an already decided case. All issues related to the matter are put to bed when the determination is made. Same with the bankruptcy - the time to catch fraud was when they were deciding if they would grant it or not.
At least I'm 95% sure that's how it works. Maybe there's some weird technicality in there, or if he exposed himself engaging in ongoing fraud or broke the law again after the case was settled then that's a separate issue and something they could open an investigation on.

Feels like when a series is about to be cancelled and the writers say fuck it let's go for broke.
The first interview they let him talk and talk even tho they knew he was lying, hoping he'd tell some kind of truth somewhere...after a while you just can't take it and when they began confronting him he was still going on...now according to him they were never fair. He certainly seemed to think they were fair during the interview...and didn't he choose them after looking for months for someone to interview him?
