Also, you do realise that you can have other countries people on your server by a bug, transferred to another server by accident, such as in siege.. We call them "ping abusers" you can't get them without that. And btw how do you know they're Japanese.. And also you can travel to other countries as a different race and reside in that country.

I made a European account on my PS4 and it’s so different. Seriously, I was able to get all of the UK exclusive stuff. Crazy how simple it is.
The reason that the X and O are swapped are due to Swap Accept and Back buttons being enabled.

I know NihongoGamer was able to have a Japanese PSN account but have the rest of the UI (not the PSN features) remain in English, at least from the beginning of some of his game play videos, before launching into the actual game.

Buying from the shop will be difficult, I had a PS3 PSN account and it would not accept my card, it was a new card it worked for years then nothing. I will dig up my old PS3 to get the password and PSN name on it and add it to the PS4
Plus all games were not region locked way back then. If you start a game on the Japanese account you get to play it fresh. Cool and weird stuff we will never see are in the Japanese psn shop.
