LeeHarrisEnergy - After doing my Reiki 1 training I immediately felt a rush of fuel..lots of power I couldn't figure out why or how to control it. I was told I felt this way was because I'm not grounded and need to be at peace. I also couldn't sleep more so after my attunment which drove my physical body insane. Things have slowed down but at times I still feel like things are being thrown at me like I'm on the tennis court.
I am an 84 year old lady as of July 4th this year I have been living a life of total Love and BLISS for years, I know our Beautifull sun will always provide all the strength we all need.!

Thank you Lee. I was in a car accident a week ago, the car flipped, and was totaled. I climbed out through the sunroof once I realized I wasn't injured. It was my friend's car that she let me borrow for summer. I had finally gotten to a point where I'd been about to save money and felt confident that I'd be getting my own car soon, but this has set me back tremendously financially and now I'm feeling very depressed. I am having a hard time accepting that this happened and that it's for a reason. But it has definitely taught me that I'm not in charge.

This one gently combed through the wild mess of thoughts, feelings, and anxieties i've been carrying with me for the past two weeks. June was in many ways a month of destruction for me - so many old patterns (major ones) that i held on to had been broken, my life was starting to feel like a shipwreck. And i was stubbornly clinging to the debris because it was familiar and sort of safe, all the while knowing i needed to LET GO and SWIM. I am still scared shitless, but as of yesterday i'm swimming. And now i understand that in order to get me off the sinking ship i was knowingly chilling on the Universe had to blow it to smithereens. Here's to being brave and open. wow. i was so much in resonance with these energys.. finding me speaking out for Oneness and Humanity where i found separateness. observing the reactions upon me... i see projects falling apart where i am not aligned.. out of no where... BUT: i am also feeling me more and my inner truth
I love your energy sharings. It is so refreshing to hear intuitive words spoken. I always feel these energies, but it's reassurring to hear someone speak about them. I've felt confronted with aspects or blind spots of myself this past month, and it's driven me to grow and accommodate new ways of being to complement my usual nature. My physical pains have literally stopped me from getting too excited and scattered with efficiency which I normally feel compelled to do. And I've been thinking and behaving in a polar way which has also lead to new opportunities.
I am one of those normally slow people, who used to be a really fast person, so this should be really paradoxical month...or maybe it will just balance out. This was super helpful, thanks Lee! I’ve definitely been feeling the nervous energy lately and it’s been driving me crazy even though I’m usually very good at maintaining my sense of inner peace. Also, thanks for the nudge to support others who are struggling with their sensitivity-I think that’s exactly what I need to bring back into my work to create a better balance. The desire to create community and connection has been a theme for me too, especially this month so far.

I just watched this energy update for the second time this month, because the first time I couldn't take it in. I found May and June very tough and hit a huge low, even though I felt happy and contented with my life in general! Weird but that's how it hit...I used to get the same feelings of pure dread as a child, as if we'd come to the end of humanity...but of course this is not true! Lately I have been feeling the nervous energy you speak of and yes, those around me either have shredded nerves/aggression or heightened sensitivity. Thank goodness I'm calm now and happy to see what is going to manifest next in the world, because whatever it is we Lightworkers will strive to help ourselves and others to cope with it, through our heart centred love and the allowing of Divine Will. However challenging it is, this work is our mission. :) XXxxxx
Completely resonates your report makes me feel a little better. Had our heart set on a new house but we didn't get it, been feeling really disappointed as was convinced we would get it and can't seem to get it out of my head of why the landlord didn't choose us, felt like it would have been perfect for us and more space and lovely garden for our little 2yr old boy to run about in, but clearly the universe didn't agree😔 just have to trust something better will come! Also I used to run loads but knees were getting so sore I gave it up and started kundalini yoga instead! Thank you I don't feel so alone now with things not working out🙏🏻😇💜

PS: I had a clear vision of the New Earth birthing itself back to 2009 ... perhaps even the end of 2008 ... kinda lost track of human time lately...lol. It was amazingly beautiful and bright and the key for all is to be found with*in the Heart of infinite Love, so breathing and sitting in this place (physically the Heart chakra at the center of our chest and let things dissolve from there) does help tremendously, even in the middle of the somehow chaotic agitation of the outside world. My group of closest Friends have really hurt me.. they didn't do it by purpose... they just didn't think. But it doesnt matter why. This is the universe way to tell me its enough. I have to let go and take a new direction in my life. It feels like a smack in the face though, the way it had 2 happen 4 me to understand it. I know its gonna be ok. But now it sucks. I have to keep focus and take care of ME now. And take off my mask (to allways act like the happy woman who helps everybody els but almost only get shit in return). This is what I heard from your message today, I can help people, but I can not "fix" people. I cannot! When I try to help people, my ego becomes involved. I see it over and over. I have to deliberately back off and give the other person space. I am so so intense. I have been working on this for a long time, but you mentioning it makes me feel like I am not alone in my determination to fix fix fix. The beauty of ACA (adultchildren.org) helped me see why I violate another Soul when I "attempt to fix" without asking permission, or without invitation, or when the door is closed. It is important to bring the light back onto what my needs are, and so often "my needs" are a complete mystery to me, so it is a journey of practicing patience and discernment to find what I need, and stop "fixing" to avoid the discomfort of The Mystery. It is getting easier, and I am feeling more deeply, grieving what I am only learning now at 54. Geez! Thank you for sharing your learning here....Blessings to you, Auntie Social!

I just watched this energy update for the second time this month, because the first time I couldn't take it in. I found May and June very tough and hit a huge low, even though I felt happy and contented with my life in general! Weird but that's how it hit...I used to get the same feelings of pure dread as a child, as if we'd come to the end of humanity...but of course this is not true! Lately I have been feeling the nervous energy you speak of and yes, those around me either have shredded nerves/aggression or heightened sensitivity. Thank goodness I'm calm now and happy to see what is going to manifest next in the world, because whatever it is we Lightworkers will strive to help ourselves and others to cope with it, through our heart centred love and the allowing of Divine Will. However challenging it is, this work is our mission. :) XXxxxx

Completely resonates your report makes me feel a little better. Had our heart set on a new house but we didn't get it, been feeling really disappointed as was convinced we would get it and can't seem to get it out of my head of why the landlord didn't choose us, felt like it would have been perfect for us and more space and lovely garden for our little 2yr old boy to run about in, but clearly the universe didn't agree😔 just have to trust something better will come!
Also I used to run loads but knees were getting so sore I gave it up and started kundalini yoga instead! Thank you I don't feel so alone now with things not working out🙏🏻😇💜

PS: I had a clear vision of the New Earth birthing itself back to 2009 ... perhaps even the end of 2008 ... kinda lost track of human time lately...lol. It was amazingly beautiful and bright and the key for all is to be found with*in the Heart of infinite Love, so breathing and sitting in this place (physically the Heart chakra at the center of our chest and let things dissolve from there) does help tremendously, even in the middle of the somehow chaotic agitation of the outside world. This time i soo challenging. I have to reevaluate my hole life.. i feel like i cant controll it... it just have to happen. My group of closest Friends have really hurt me.. they didn't do it by purpose... they just didn't think. But it doesnt matter why. This is the universe way to tell me its enough. I have to let go and take a new direction in my life. It feels like a smack in the face though, the way it had 2 happen 4 me to understand it.
I know its gonna be ok. But now it sucks. I have to keep focus and take care of ME now. And take off my mask (to allways act like the happy woman who helps everybody els but almost only get shit in return).
All my world is turning up side down.

This is what I heard from your message today, I can help people, but I can not "fix" people. I cannot! When I try to help people, my ego becomes involved. I see it over and over. I have to deliberately back off and give the other person space. I am so so intense. I have been working on this for a long time, but you mentioning it makes me feel like I am not alone in my determination to fix fix fix. Especially because I need to be aware of how much I need to be fixed, ha ha! sooo much. Will keep working. thank you. auntie S.
The beauty of ACA (adultchildren.org) helped me see why I violate another Soul when I "attempt to fix" without asking permission, or without invitation, or when the door is closed. It is important to bring the light back onto what my needs are, and so often "my needs" are a complete mystery to me, so it is a journey of practicing patience and discernment to find what I need, and stop "fixing" to avoid the discomfort of The Mystery. It is getting easier, and I am feeling more deeply, grieving what I am only learning now at 54. Geez! Thank you for sharing your learning here....Blessings to you, Auntie Social!
