I actually dont think haste and rocket is the move, there was at least 3 wasted shots with this combo. Effectively making the entire rocket spear half value almost. I think seeking shield will be better to not waste spears on like archer towers or cannons

Well rocket spear will be like first 8 attacks or what not not an activated ability, so when ut runs out then use haste or hog puppet
