Recently, I have become obsessed with the Titanic, the Olympic class ships, and other oceanliners. I've never done a DIY model except when I was really young and I can't even remember what it was. As much as I would love to have a go at this one, I can't spend the kind of money Agora is asking for at this moment due to getting my first house ready to move into. I think once that's settled, I will order this to make it a nice piece in the living room of that house. In the meantime, I'll be getting a paper model I found on Amazon that's in my budget and I'll keep watching your vids!
Looks good. Just finished this pack 2 days ago. I try not to glue anything in unless really needed incase they send replacement parts or ask to take something off. Bismarck had the 1 set of guns they wanted you to remove and replace but no way was I going to attempt to do that given they are glued down solidly. But enjoying this build so far. Still have the rigging to do on Bismarck which looks intimidating and I'm slowly working up the courage to try it.
Did you know the origin of port and starboard side comes from when ships rudders were mounted at the side of the ship rather than the centre line. The rudder was on the starboard side (steer board) and to prevent damage to the rudder ships docked with the quay of a dock to the left hence port side was the side that they would put near the dock at the port.
Do you have any info on IXO and the Titanic build, I see the email I had didn't mention the RMS Titanic, just wondering if you have heard any different and was also wondering if the Eaglemoss Titanic build should be binned??
i like your work on the Titanic, i have noticed with other modeler's that picking up photo etch with a wax pencil, also could you some how make glass for the window, kristal klear maybe the answer. would love to know what you think?
And you thought the bus was big..lol, hope you have some wide angle lenses on order...lol. Such a shame it's not in UK coz nearly done the bus and not sure of next project....
Anyone having this issue??? On stage 22 I need to remove a tank assembly from a funnel part and for whatever reason it is jammed in there! For the life of me I can't get the tank assembly out (I have tried so many ways and did not do anything weird when I put it in before). Has anyone had this issue themselves or have any unique solutions for me to try to get it out? Thank you in advance!!!
So did I understand right there are 24 packs in this build and you get one every 6 weeks? Each stage cost 99 bucks roughly if you get the display case option so roughly a 2400.00 model? My wife will kill me but it must be done…Thanks Wayne following your Titanic build closely!
Hello Wayne I have a question I was working on the funnel of Titanic and I had lost the part that they gave us to put on top and I glued the old top on and I found the other one after I glued the other one on, my question is I can't take the middle part out of the first funnel because I had glued it I was wondering will it work still? If not what can I do to get it to work?
Hey Wayne. I have a question about the smoke stacks(the funnels) you said you took out the smoking part. Will you be putting them in once you get close to finishing the ship? Great video as always. Nicely detailed as well. Cheers
What is it with ships Wayne every issue gives you plenty to do not like some models which take Less than a few minutes what a lovely model this like the Bismark another excellent build keep up the great work
i'm actually really struggling with issue 22... i keep stuffing the small windows up and this was the 3rd time rebuying 14 and 22 to start again. hatchette are wondering why i keep reordering those issues because the reason they ask is because they look for feedback anyway and i just said straight out that i'm just struggling with this stage atm. i never had problems with anything else... the 2nd time i put the windows on the wrong way but i could just leave it like that since you cant notice anyway since they are so small but i like to think of my self as stanley kubrick.. i like to make it as perfect as i possibly can. Lol also can you tell me the name of your magnifying glasses? they might be a fantastic idea.
For anyone who might be curious about the RMS Titanic, check out the 3d deck by deck break down Jared Owens just did on his channel... it is interesting...
Seems strange watching you work on issues I've already done instead of being 1 behind. Have fun with all the engine pipework. We'll worth it, just test mine with the props on. Looks amazing. These ones work unlike my Bismark
I wish that they had put the level of details that they did on the Bismarck. As a Titanic enthusiast I see a lot of details wrong and the build is just starting. Not encouraging.

Great Stage Wayne!! Trying to convince my wife to let me start this, but I already got the Lego Titanic too.

No the wooden titanic that Eaglemoss was doing never got picked up
@@WorldofWayneUK Thanks for the update, such a shame. I'll have to look for another build.

That would work perfectly

Hello Wayne. As a fan of the TV series Airwolf, would you please consider building the 1/18 Airwolf Helicopter (Unassembled Kit)? Thank you.
Any Tipps for superclue (maybe from Amazon)? I normally use patex, but it dry out so fast. About 5-10 seconds.
Loctite is a good choice
What thickness rating is the CA glue you're using here, extra thin, thin, medium, thick, extra thick? Thanks.
It’s medium

Sounds about right but in pounds it’s about £1400

It needs to be able to remove so.tou can wet the sponge inside the funnel for the smoker unit
@@WorldofWayneUK ok so how can I remove the top of the funnel when I glued it?
@@aaronvaughn478 Freezers are your friend when it comes to breaking glue
@@WorldofWayneUK how long should I leave it in the freezer?
@@aaronvaughn478 Overnight should be good.
Looking good! You did BBQ the Eaglemoss version, right?
Yep
Nice build. Patience required
OMG Stage 22, I don't think I'd have the patience!

What happened to the wooden titanic? Thanks for sharing! 😎🇨🇦

I have put them in my Amazon store at www.linktr.ee/worldofwayne

Is this available to buy in the UK, I go to their site and looks like you can't, all other models are listed but not the Titanic. Thanks
No only in North America. It’s available in the UK through Hachette Partworks but I don’t know if you can get from part 1 now
@@WorldofWayneUK thanks
would look so cool if the model would have the starboard side ripped open. It is the Titanic after all!
You might find it easier if you get some wax pencils, for those windows.😊
hat superglue are you using there?
It'd a CA glue like Loctite
I see you don't paint any of the parts so how do you get it to look more realistic ?
You could weather it after but as it was a new ship it wouldn’t need much
What happened to the well deck windows your model hasn't got any
Nope
good god. you ain't kidding with issue 22.. just like issue 19, i'm not gonna have too much fun with it am i? Lol
What happened to the wood titanic you were working on?

Subey scriby
I'm still questioning what happened with the ecto-1
Still waiting for another company to pick it up so I can finish it
I really want this one but the KITT build is keeping me broke enough
Are you getting the Lego version ?? !! 😂😂😂😂😂 great vid 🇦🇺🇦🇺🐕🐕🍺🍺💞💞🙏🙏👍👍
No. I don’t really do any Lego. Perhaps I should.

Epic sad😢
The detail on this Titanic already looks far superior to Eaglemoss.
Agora??? Is from hachette?!?!?!
Yes but Agora distribute it in the US
@@WorldofWayneUK ich will Die komplette Titanic kaufen geht aber nicht. Was kann ich tun? Bin bei Ausgabe 71
every few min ads, this is not fun to watch anymore
I wish I can control it. On the longer vids UA-cam blitz it
Totally agree utube is taking the pee lately not just here but everywhere you go on utube
