29 year old native New Yorker here (Brooklynite) Those drinks were very popular in bodegas when growing up. We called them quarter waters. I never saw my 14 year old little brother or his friends drink those. I guess you have to be a millennial or older to remember the drink she was talking about.

If she had played to half-empty arenas, she would've lost lots of money and worse, likely destroyed what's left of her career. People are vicious, once you get the stink of "you're done," they don't forget or forgive. Comeback stories are remarkable because they are rare. I don't think she would have one. For the sake of her mental health, I hope she can salvage her marriage---if that is wat's best for BOTH of them...which looking from the outside, does not seem to be the case.

Those drinks were very popular in bodegas when growing up. We called them quarter waters.
I never saw my 14 year old little brother or his friends drink those. I guess you have to be a millennial or older to remember the drink she was talking about.
