First strike is definetly one of his main runes now, since it gives him alot of damage and burst if im correct, in pc lol first strike is commonly used in zed

Zed is the Best mid laner If You know how tot play him. He când counter every champion. A single disadvantes is tanky champions, stasis and exhaust, it's a hard matchup for him
