Would like to see the part were you join the split pouch back together in more detail I have tried to make a few of these but they all ended up with a horrible twist which is a real shame cuase I love this design and I love the videos man keep up the great work 😎
quick and useful, you can still build it if you are under siege. You should look for collaborations with museums or in educated living history communities in your area 😉
What do you find to be your favorite materials to use when creating slings? Also, what is your preferred length of sling as someone at your level of slinging?
from the natural materials hemp (and probably linen but I haven't tried it yet). dyneema from the synthetics. Leather for solid pouches and release knots. length 60cm or more depending on distance but I change slings and lengths very often because I want to get a better understanding. I don't think level plays a role, it's just preference.
@@Acroballistics makes sense with being adaptable with the different lengths. And your dyneema slings are impeccable and I, as well as others really appreciate your in depth analysis on the creation of them as well as the physics of the slings. Thank you for the knowledge and content!

consistent tension key to best results… easier to achieve by anchoring starting point!
Nice, simple design! Very quick to make and I bet it has a super-quick release.
