Hi Monalisha, Glad to know that you are the actual dancer in the video. As I was in the public during that performance so i didn't know that it was you. Since I get to know you only now I shall give you the credits right away. Regarding your request of taking the video down I would like to clear that since it doesn't infringe your privacy (as you have similar videos uploaded on your channel) as I have just seen, Also it is not a copy of any video on the YT platform as this video was originally captured by myself and not only me so many other people were also capturing videos as it was performed at a public concert. Copyright laws are applicable only when you hold a copyright yourself and I doubt the same as you would have a copyright over a bihu performance. So please kindly spare ourselves from the trouble I will be happy to forward you the credits. Thank you.
If you have uploaded something on UA-cam you should know whom the video belongs to and whom you have to give the credit to. Do you even know the name of the girl in the video???.. please take down the video as it's not your content. And this video belongs to @monslisha basistha. And you uploaded the video without her permission
You may be right about the claims but you must have a certain level of discretion when uploading videos containing someone other than you. And since you didn't knew me back then but you do now therefore giving links of my YT channel and Instagram in the video description box won't either impact your channel or the views and thus spare both of us from further conflict 😊.

I didn't have any bad intentions to malign you. I believe you are exceptionally talented and you deserve much more heights, your talent should be recognised worldwide. Regarding your request I must tell you that I actually wanted to ask you about your details so that those who want to connect with you can directly approach you. We don't care what video you open UA-cam channel but if you don't have your own video then UA-cam has some rules and you don't see these rules followed why you uploaded this video without permission soon you should delete from your youtub chenel or else its Proper action will be taken above @monalisha Basistha
Dear Madhusmita, As I was invited by organisers of this event and also asked to record videos of different performances, I recorded this video by myself So this video is originally recorded by me, as I was in the public during the performances, the intention of recording the videos was solely to make the event memorable and recognised. Also, since I got to know the performer recently, credit has been given to the dancer. Regarding your request of deleting the video, I would like to clear that since it doesn't infringe any privacy (as similar videos have also been uploaded by the dancer) which I have just learned. Also it is not a copy of any video on the YT platform as this video was originally captured by myself and not only me so many other people were also capturing videos as it was performed at a public concert.
