This was the very first song he made when he got out of prison for that fake rape charge. He put all he had in this song. Hands down one of his top five!
doZer boy bro the 7 day theory is how he made all the songs on that album in 7 days... Don’t connect it to some conspiracy shit.... 4 days to record and 3 days to mix it.
This album was a testament to the loyalty he had for Deathrow that he was willing to ride for it, he poured so much energy into this album that it still resonates 23 years later, RIP 2Pac
2pac could do it all. Lyrically insane. Could bring the songs slow and powerful meaning, fast and party songs, gangster songs he could do it all. He mentioned death row because this was his double disc that he released 1st stuff with death row. He joined them when label owners and Suge Knight bailed him out for over a million so he rolled with them. My favorite Album of All Time. It changed the way I listen to music and my standards of rap music. I listen to this Album at least Five Times per month. Skandalous is my favorite track
My favorite Tupac song. I’ll never forget the first time I heard it. Suge Knight helped Tupac get out of jail and got him on Death Row records, and this album was what he dropped when he got on Death Row. You should react to “2 Of Amerika’z Most Wanted” featuring Snoop Dogg. It’s from this same album, Tupac and Snoop go back and forth trading verses, it’s dope. In my opinion that song has got a very similar feeling as this song does. Although if you do react to it, I find the uncut version. The music video is cool, but I think it’s edited. But I’m sure somebody has uploaded the music video, but with the explicit version instead of the edited version to UA-cam at some point.
I just binge watched about 15 of your pac reactions and you always say that might actually be my favorite pac song. 😂😂 impossible to pic a favorite pac song 😂
I wish he was around today. At 20 he was still "nobody," and by 25 he was dead. YET, look at his body of work within that time. And look beyond just the music for a full perspective. He had girlfriends like crazy, was constantly in court, spent several stints in jail, was a main character in 6 major Hollywood films, and several TV shows. All those things take time. He was the definition of hard work and ambition. Imagine where he would have been at 30, 40, or 50!? We could only imagine. One thing is for sure, Tupac was a phenomenon, and so was his body of work.
I love all Pac stuff...but I really love his earlier stuff.. especially Brenda's Got A Baby, When My Homies Call, Strictly for My ******, Keep Yo Head Up and my favorite I Get Around with Digital Underground (who got him started).
That's whu it trip me out when I hear yall young folks say Pac wasn't lyrical which is a boldface lie frfr. Pac got a bunch of lyrical songs. Daz Diliger from Dogg Pound made this beat. He sampled Peewee Hermit. This was also the 1st song Pac recorded when he got outta jail for Death Row.
Fresh outta prison , Pac joined Death Row (this was his 1st album with DeathRow) dropped a double cd on the world & set it on fire. And yes he mentioned Tyson, who was also set up on a rape charge.
You have to react to No More Pain. by 2 pac . You think this was 🔥🔥🔥 Also he has a Song with Bone thugs n Harmony Called..Thug Love 🔥🔥🔥 2 pac entire All eyes on me album is Fire.
Snoop Dogg's cousin Daz produced this beat(he's also Dr.Dre's first protege). This was on 2pac's penultimate album, and was put out while he was on Deathrow. He never had a beef with them, he did die the same year this album came out at the age of 25.
He's definitely one of the top 3 rappers to EVER do it,with his rhyme schemes his vivid painting of a picture and the way he can flow to a beat is like he's walking on water the only other two people that make me feel that way is Lil Wayne and Eminem
This is the first track he made when he got out of prison. The story goes they picked him up from prison and he literally went straight to the studio to do this song.
Yes you are right this was PAC in RARE FORM, it was his first album after being released from prison, he had just signed with Death Row records and the entire world was ready to see what PAC was about to do musically. And he hit the world with All Eyez On Me album Ambitionz as a Ridah was the very 1st track from the double album. It was an AMAZING TIME! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
One of my fav Pac songs. Just so you know, us ol' headz don't mind AT ALL how many times y'all(reactors) pause a song. We want your reaction. We heard the song before. Anything you are thinking about the song, every lyric you want to break down, that's what us ol' headz want to see and appreciate. Truss. So pause as many times as you want BUT PLEASE go back a few bars if you do because many reactors miss bars if they don't rewind. But keep em coming.
He made all 27 songs onthis album in 2 weeks and his killuminati album (which in my opinion is the absolute best of pac and 13 songs on that album) in one week
At the time of this record, 2pac was standing trial for a sexual assault allegation that he emphatically denied, and while out on bail, he paid a visit to a recording studio in New York to visit Biggie and Bad Boy records. While in the lobby, Pac was jumped and shot 5 times at close range, then left for dead. While recovering in jail, a new hit song from Biggie titled "who shot ya" hit the radio, where Biggie is bragging about standing over the body of his gunshot competition. While Big and bad boy swore it was coincidence and that it had nothing to do with Pac, 2pac took it personally and became convinced that Biggie set him up to die. When Death Row raised the money to spring him from jail he hit the booth with a vengeance and recorded this double disc record (the first of its kind in hip hop history) in under 3 days. This song is its opening anthem, where Pac is spewing venom on any and everyone that dared stand against him.
This is the first track on All Eyez on Me, which was a double disc that came out in 1996. This was the first track he recorded after getting out of prison from that the sexual assault case. Daz from the Dogg Pound produced this beat. Speaking of the Dogg Pound, I would recommend What Would U Do if would want to get introduced to them. You might like Kurupt on the mic
He was with Death Row when he made the album he tried to leave after he made All Eyez On Me but Suge wrote down everything that he bought Pac and it totaled to like 3 Million dollars Pac had just thought he needed to make 2 albums and since All Eyez On Me which was a double album he was supposed to be free but Suge told him he needed to pay 3M for it but it didn’t help that they were taking Pac’s money too

Probably Pac’s most lyrical song ever. Pac is always considered an all time great because of the content of his raps but his lyricism is underrated
