I'm binge watching all of your model kit reviews. love your reviews man. gives me an idea what to buy for my next kit. thank you for doing all of this!!!!
I recently built these myself and I really love their coloring. They are really nice variants. I just have an ongoing issue with the foil decals. I don't paint my kits besides doing topcoating to finish, so the foil decals don't really like to stay on bare plastic unlike the non-foil decals. Even using softer and setter doesn't always really help. The topcoat does at least seal them in, but I'd just want to warn anyone planning to build these to be careful with the decals.
Thanks for the heads up. I have my Ninja built and will be building the Archer soon. Planned to put the decals on after both were built. I'll remember to seal them.
I was hoping you'd review these! I really like the concept of this color scheme but I wish they had added a little more contrast between the shades of purple and blue. These kits have nice color separation but it doesn't really show well in these versions.
Agreed on the color problem. Once built it is really hard to tell there is a difference especially from afar. But I do think the darker scheme works for their rolls. A Ninja and Archer do better as stealth with darker coloring.
From what I can tell most Megami Device are able to create their ultimate form by combining the 2 kit together but the downside to that it can they are pretty pricey for most people. Not to mention, they take forever to re-issue the said batch so their their price goes skyrocket as time past.
Hey zaku or anyone else in the community! I was wondering if anybody in the community could help me out with some advice I’m kind of new to painting my kits been into gunpla for many years even since I was a kid just recently I’ve decided to get into painting them with spray cans and I was wondering I’ve been watching a lot of circus tutorials on building kits. My question is and I’ve been thumbing through his videos trying to find if he answer this or not I’m not sure but I was wondering how long you had to wait between coats of paint when you paint your kit I don’t know if spray cans make a difference in that or any help would be very appreciated you guys are great at this community is great and definitely mr zaku is most impressive! Thanks for any help greatly appreciate it sorry for the noob comment and question!😅

The darker colorway fits the Ninja motif so much better, nice job 👍

Kotobukiya should make kits for the Sky Strikers from Yu-Gi-Oh!
The Aoi version (5.1/6.1) is definitely my favorite. The shadow version looks cool but it doesn't come with the alternate hairstyle or clear blades.
True the Aoi versions are great! 👌
I have the original version still sitting in my closet, stacked with all the other gunplas and 30MMs...

Yep you gotta act fast if you wanna get them for minimum price
I have both of these coming in within the next few months. What do you mean by ultimate form? Asra Tamamonomae?
I got these both last week and the archer is a great kit haven't done the ninja yet
Can't wait to build mine
I think this variant fits Ninja and Archer better!
Now, I can get Asra kits that fit my Titans TR team
First female kits that I have seen with shoulder blades.
Wow the colors are way different than the promotional photos! I thought it looked like a photoshop, but that's very different.

Gaijin Goomba: "~REAL NINJA'S WEAR BLUE~"
wish I got these
Original ver(red) for me cooler on samurai mode
I'm regretting not buying Shadow Archer sooo hard right now!😭
Have you heard about Bandai's newest Mecha Musume line?
You mean their new GUN Musume line? ;p
@@ApenBaard 30 Minute Sisters
Yes and I’m not getting my hopes up
Some Channel on UA-cam once said Real Ninjas wear Blue.....
I said to myself "I'll never be a Real Ninja because I want to wear White..."
So what's the difference between these and the Frame Arms girls anyway?
The construction of them is a little different and also the size. These are 1/12 scale and FA Girl are about 1/10
The hip joints are different, the shoulder joints are different, the neck joints are different. And maybe a few more that I missed.
Why did you not put the stickers on
Cause it didn’t come with stickers
Dammit my mind is hinking the wrong way again
Tamamonomae. When?
The review is done and it’s in the upload queue
so they literally the same kit. just different color? compared to the non shadow versions I mean.
Yep just the Ninja came with the extra swords and Archer came with the extra stand
captions: GUMMY DEVICE.
Prefer ninja but with Archer's head/hair
im finally first
hella early :)
