I’m doing 8-10 while working full time and in a masters program…it’s definitely more feasible than you think as used to be overwhelmed lol.
Now I can’t wait to graduate as that gets me an extra 10 hours minimum per week meaning 20 hour plus weeks will feel status quo while working full time.
Build up slowly and don’t compare yourself to others just to the you you were yesterday.

Great timing for this video, my training has ramped up enough that I have to actively plan around work, and personal commitments. Not much of a social life, but I’ll miss out on a night of drinking to reach my goals any day.

I’m paying him in old kit rather than £ which is very cost effective 😂 plus I trust him to get the job done already, which reduces friction of finding someone else at this stage!

Fergus, not trying to take away from anything away from what you are capable of, but do you think you could train this much with a 9-5 job?
I found it WAY easier to train when I worked an 8-6 job (and did so for 3 years whilst training like this) - so yes, absolutely! And others can too (kids obviously make it harder but I know plenty of people that make things work) 🤝
