Who is like me, when I saw Momoshiki for the first time about Boruto, I thought Momoshiki was a girl because he's pretty like a woman and he's small and he likes to wear white cloth on the head. Actually, Momoshiki is stronger than her, think about it, Kaguya literally created setzus to fight Momoshiki's arrival to the earth, besides, Kaguya fought Naruto and Sasuke teenagers version, newbies with their new powers gifted by Hagoromo, Momoshiki fought all 5 kages and Naruto/Sasuke Adult versión with all their powers perfectioned, despite that, it was hard for them to beat momoshiki.

Momoshiki absorbed 50% ninetails chakra of naruto and died to a 50% ninetails rasengan.
Kaguya is immortal.
Hagoromo needed his brother help to seal Kaguya which took them months and this was Prime kaguya much stronger.
Kaguya was preparing for the entire Otsutsuki clan, which is why she attacked Isshiki and left him on verge of death. Urashiki did say to Toneri. "killing a Otsutuski member is a law against the clan"armado said if isshiki get his original body we ( refering to naruto and sasuke ) cannot stop him.

So If she killed Isshiki off guard it could mean she's stronger or if they later fight and she catches him off guard again she can beat him.
She killed him before she got chakra fruit and tentails.
Isshiki had no chakra left to plant the karma, which hints he used it against kaguya in a fight.
He also has terrible body time limit, hence Kawaki destroyed him, while Kaguya is immortal and fought her sons months. Adults are rusty stated by ninetails

She did a few things i do, counter into sand phase jutsu, switch to fire to dash parry/ prepare defense if ultimates miss, ice jutsu if said field is active when other character is charging. Im surprised she didnt stall with thorns more during fire though, thats actually a decent free-be if you arent sure whats coming next (dont do the final spread push though). Idk if shes banned in ranked or not since i dont see people use her when im watching others play, id believe the possibility though with how well rounded she is (a lot more so than anyone else in the game, strongest adaptability possible from my perspective)
