Love this channel, and I think since this so far has been a lower tier showcase it might want to also be a good topography tool for newer players and players trying to get better at the game :)
Yes! How the hell to play Glacier as a Tier 5 TD (as an example). You can do different things when view range is so much less - but shell velocity is crap too.
This channel i would love to see just tier 5-7s in general(even some tier 4s such as matildas, hetzers and so on) every once in a while. And as far as i remember, that was the whole purpose of this channel in the first place anyway. cheers

I love watching the low tier tanks. These are so interesting and helps me to choose what lines to go down. It's great to watch a Skill video and then be able to play a few games in the same tank myself.
Tier 3s and tier 4s. I have several friends who I’ve introduced to the game, and I have recommended them your channel before, and something both of them asked was if there was even lower tier games. These low tier games would be very helpful for new players and would make good content for the extra channel

Skill, please keep extra channel for low tiers! You can always go below tier 5 is all tanks are done. I would be very, very, very interested to see videos with all tier 4 tanks for example. If you want stream highlights, it,s very good, but there is other channel for that, where you put all stream full recordings. Please keep this channel for the lower tiers, I like it a lot!
I think it's better to feature lower tiers; it's what we expect from the channel. Maybe more stuff to help newer players, like positions, strategy, and info about game mechanics.
I would like to see more light tank gameplay. I find light tanks hard to play as a player with 3k battles. So showing positions to take in the early game and later would be helpful.
I would love to see tier 4 on the extra channel. T4 is my personal favorite tier and I want to see you play the M8A1, Hetzer and especially the T6 Medium. Keep up the great content!
Perhaps it could be also interesting when Skill is driving together low tier with a normal player and teaching him map awareness and special teamplay and other important skills how the player become better. i would love to be one of these players getting teached by Skill in a tanks academy ;-)
Hey Skill, if we know that Extra Channel is primarily made for relatively new players, it would be great if you start the "tactics series"! You can separate them in the "Map Tactics" series, and the "Tank Type Tactics" series, for example how to play TDs in city maps or something like that... Also, it would be great to watch replays of good low-tiers games and analyze them from the tactics perspective, what are the crucial points of the game and what were the most significant plays... (similar as Lemmingrush had many times on his channel) As new players, we often find it difficult to adapt and to define our role in the games with higher tiers with a lot of more experienced players which results at the end with early going to the garage.
Nice to see you do the WZ -131, (just like you) got to start my crew over, I am working on 1st skill because the crew is in the 132 now, everything was unlocked already but shows only 8 games played in the 131 for lifetime which that was 2012, It does play like my T-62 and sometimes I can't tell the different other than the T-62 gun being an almost autoloader. Running the same set up but muffler in first slot give + 2% more camo value setting and moving which is more important to me with a weak crew than a few skill points on the crew with the vent being in that slot, in directives slot for crew get firefighting if you want to run without it, I always run auto firefighting on lights because of what you showed in game three as no one wants a meltdown as I see tanks all the time that cannot stop a fire. It's important to show grind tanks as the game is base off of that and not what you can buy or win, as it's hard working on grinding crews and tanks and sometimes a gem is found. so many tanks I skipped back then and it's a lot funnier playing tier 5 to 7 to me as I avoid tier 10 and 9 unless it's WZ -120 time as leaving the 121 parked. loved the video!
Yes, this is WoT Baboon King - i had this battles like the 3rd one last thursday 8 times in a row... i got so frustrated i did not play WoT the whole weekend skipping on doing the drops-missions. For the extra channel i would like to see more of the lower tier content even though some stream highlights on higher tiers do not hurt. Alternatively you may think on including the tier4 into the shedule as well. tier4 is the first tier seeing +2 MM and the first tier for doing things like missions - e.g. personel and clan-tour of duty. And in my opinion there are some real gems in tier 4 too - Hetzer, Stug IIIB, Matilda, M8, Luchs just to name some of them.
I would like to keep seeing tier 5-7 gameplay, maybe sometimes tier4 (like hetzers, matildas and so on), as someone already mentioned. Sure, once in a while a different video about a stream highlight or different game mode is okay too. Also, I would watch, for example, KV-2 or SU-152 gameplay 3 times a month - this is my answer for Your concerns of being repetitive. Premium M22 Locust seriously, once I was really drunk so I took some low tier tank that I've never played before and with a great crew i did Ace tanker... three times... in a row, I felt bad in the second battle that I was fighting against newbies but when I checked other team this was not the case, this was a hidden gem that I got from Christmas boxes it's fun fast tank that can bounce Pz Ic easily

Commenting on future of Extra channel. I would prefer to keep the focus on lower tiers. I wouldn't worry about having repeats of featured tanks. Every game is different, every map is different and watching you play with the lower tier tanks is the whole beauty of the channel. Also as I mentioned yesterday If you play same tanks on original and extra channel you will be competing with yourself.
Skill - it would be good to see some tactics videos. How you approach reading the enemy team at the start; where you choose to go and why; how you react to changes on the battlefield; how you play differently in a platoon. Things like this.
What I'd love to see are some decent map guides. I know this is a lot of work, and probably not feasible. But what is missing in my opinion are guides for the maps with example plays (e.g. from stream). Which positions are feasible for which tanks, what is overall strategy, where are common shot lines, where to advance, where to fall back etc. Also: How to get better. What are tanks to play to get better. How to find out which tanks are good for the personal playstyle. Maybe a ranking for newbie vs good player tanks?
You can consider to play 3 games platoon with random baboon (not streamer) with his low tier favorite tanks. Maybe once in a month, or two times, or make some competition to be that lovely baboon. I believe that guy would have the biggest smile in the world for whole month. Greetings

Funny how you compared the WZ131 to the Type-62. My experience with both tanks is exactly the opposite. When I grinded the Chinese light tank tree, I just hated the tier 7 but then I got my hands on the Type-62 which was an instant match. I always have good or great games in it. (winrate 58% in my Type-62 which for me is huge) When it comes to the tech three Chinese lights, most of my love goes to the tier 8
I love this channel for lower tiers, the top/bottom 3 tanks of certain types are also good for lower tier. Another Idea is from Iyouxin he took a low tier tank a month and encouraged people to 3 mark it with him. you could do vid updates of how long it took you to mark lower tiers etc and people can join along with you.
Anything that helps technique and how to recognize situations where you can capitalize on enemy "mistakes" and how not to make these mistakes. A lot of us mid-tier players are still learning how to be better at the game. More on how and why I think would be helpful. How to do more damage? Most of my tanks are below the 65% expectation.
please also make videos playing the true Lower Tier tanks (tiers 1, 2, 3, and 4). that'd be interesting and heaps more content because of more tanks :D :D fun fact: WZ-131 is the factory designation of the project when it was being developed, and Type 62 was the final designation when the tank finally entered mass production.
it would be nice when you finish with the tanks that you go over key map position for each type (light, td, medium. etc) or cover some tactics on how to play better (how to use hills, side scrape, etc). Thanks
I don't know if you plan to do this on your main channel, but some things to consider for Extra: Map guides, general mechanics (spotting, camo, render lines, settings, etc.), consumable use, different modes (std, encounter, assault, etc.). I think some of the basics would be great, since you focus on mid tier tanks in this channel
I do like stream highlights etc but would like to keep it tier 5, 6, 7. I would also like map discussions and positions, maybe clipped from other videos or differences on a map depending on which tank. Like a french light vs wheeled is different even on malinovka or prohorovka! Active vs passive scouting
Hi Skill. My sugestion would be video about positions which actually works only (or mainly) in lower tiers, but people should avoid it in higher tiers since it´s become suicide. Lots of people are having let´s say "bad" habbits from lower tiers and are frustrated later on in high tier games, where the same tactic does not work any more and they are in the garage in one minute. Btw I love 131, it´s on of the first tier 7s I have ever marked (LTG was first). 131 is so lovely a flexible tank, also gun is surprisingly nice
Some ideas: 1. Stream highlights, but still mid tier games. 2. This is more for main channel: Map highlights, review a few games from a map where map knowledge and control were the key for winning the games. 3. Low tier memes (Tier 3-4 that are hilarious/very unique to play)
on the extra channel i am enjoying the lower tier tank game play. since it is lower tier maybe some tips and tricks would be good. explain why you go to certain areas of the map with certain tanks to highlight their strengths and weaknesses. it would also help newer players learn the useful locations on the map. and as a second suggestion you might consider a series focused on the maps.....for example....if you are playing on a certain map you would take a heavy tank here....a TD there, a light tank to this other place and so forth.
Im lover of wz131 but not long ago, buy type62. Its so good. Significantly longer view range than wz (in my case is 508meters!). Lower penetration but higher dpm. Gunhandling on paper is exatcly the same. Honestly i dont see significant difference. Only one thing is not good - horse power. Little to low. Still both tanks are very enjoyable.

I would prefer to see Mid Tier play, a large chunk of your survey results show many people play lower tiers for a host of reasons. This channel has been helpful for my game play with pointing out locations on the map and where to hit certain tanks. I won't see that in stream video since I don't think they are meant to educate. You could put Queen Baboon gameplay on this channel, best guns in lower tiers. Best armor..etc.
Stream best battles compilation is great but would be even greater with "live" commentary instead of recorded while streaming. Top 3 series on mid tiers would be nice as well. Other than that maybe maps guidance. Whatever you come up with we will enjoy the content and learn a lot from it so no pressure mate :D
I think you should put newcomer guides in here instead of the main channel, since the main channel is for tier 8 and up, it means most subscriber already have enough knowledge about the game, but for this channel by adding the guides it will help them a lot
Maybe you can make a Compilation from stream for e.g. „Best scout moments“, „Best TD moments“, … In this Compilations you feature only the moments/positions of great scout/TD Performance.
how about doing a 30 minute video highlighting tank lines... like how to get thru the line... do a quick overview of each tank... what you think the good tanks in the lines are... is it worth getting to tier ten... stuff like that... would be nice video to have for when they do on track missions...
I would love to watch grinding series lets say from tier 5 to 10 lets say half hour video every second or third night this will be awesome...... thats just what i would love it.

Stream highlight are a good start. Especially games where you play bad tanks with great results. Games where you are very bottom tier yet spank top tier tanks. For example if you play churchill game carrier and you outflank a top tier heavy and make him pregnant!
Maybe to play with the heavy like a medium and heavy like a td, to go in the not standard sides of the map. Make some content for missions ans for maps spots.
Skill, what an upset you've given us. Man I think you are missing more tanks than you say, in fact on the other page, the "extra", there are many tanks that do not have video. Another Idea is from Iyouxin he took a low tier tank a month and encouraged people to 3 mark it with him. you could do vid updates of how long it took you to mark lower tiers etc and people can join along with you.

Anything that helps technique and how to recognize situations where you can capitalize on enemy "mistakes" and how not to make these mistakes. A lot of us mid-tier players are still learning how to be better at the game. More on how and why I think would be helpful. How to do more damage? Most of my tanks are below the 65% expectation.

fun fact: WZ-131 is the factory designation of the project when it was being developed, and Type 62 was the final designation when the tank finally entered mass production.
it would be nice when you finish with the tanks that you go over key map position for each type (light, td, medium. etc) or cover some tactics on how to play better (how to use hills, side scrape, etc). Thanks

I don't know if you plan to do this on your main channel, but some things to consider for Extra: Map guides, general mechanics (spotting, camo, render lines, settings, etc.), consumable use, different modes (std, encounter, assault, etc.). I think some of the basics would be great, since you focus on mid tier tanks in this channel
I do like stream highlights etc but would like to keep it tier 5, 6, 7. I would also like map discussions and positions, maybe clipped from other videos or differences on a map depending on which tank. Like a french light vs wheeled is different even on malinovka or prohorovka! Active vs passive scouting
Hi Skill. My sugestion would be video about positions which actually works only (or mainly) in lower tiers, but people should avoid it in higher tiers since it´s become suicide. Lots of people are having let´s say "bad" habbits from lower tiers and are frustrated later on in high tier games, where the same tactic does not work any more and they are in the garage in one minute.
Btw I love 131, it´s on of the first tier 7s I have ever marked (LTG was first). 131 is so lovely a flexible tank, also gun is surprisingly nice

Some ideas:
1. Stream highlights, but still mid tier games.
2. This is more for main channel: Map highlights, review a few games from a map where map knowledge and control were the key for winning the games.
3. Low tier memes (Tier 3-4 that are hilarious/very unique to play)
on the extra channel i am enjoying the lower tier tank game play. since it is lower tier maybe some tips and tricks would be good. explain why you go to certain areas of the map with certain tanks to highlight their strengths and weaknesses. it would also help newer players learn the useful locations on the map. and as a second suggestion you might consider a series focused on the maps.....for example....if you are playing on a certain map you would take a heavy tank here....a TD there, a light tank to this other place and so forth.

Omg my biggest crush tank in the game, i had a blast while playing with it. Although sometimes it gets ammoracked way too often.
Im lover of wz131 but not long ago, buy type62. Its so good. Significantly longer view range than wz (in my case is 508meters!). Lower penetration but higher dpm. Gunhandling on paper is exatcly the same. Honestly i dont see significant difference.
Only one thing is not good - horse power. Little to low.
Still both tanks are very enjoyable.
Still waiting for firefly:D I would welcome apart from highlights some challenges and overall light content for shits and giggles

The stream highlights are a good idea. Also a noob how to content would give you more content . Map locations, how to level crews, directives etc.

I would prefer to see Mid Tier play, a large chunk of your survey results show many people play lower tiers for a host of reasons. This channel has been helpful for my game play with pointing out locations on the map and where to hit certain tanks. I won't see that in stream video since I don't think they are meant to educate. You could put Queen Baboon gameplay on this channel, best guns in lower tiers. Best armor..etc.
I'd like to see a side by side comparison between T-34 and Type T-34. They're the same on paper but are they?

Stream best battles compilation is great but would be even greater with "live" commentary instead of recorded while streaming. Top 3 series on mid tiers would be nice as well. Other than that maybe maps guidance. Whatever you come up with we will enjoy the content and learn a lot from it so no pressure mate :D
I think you should put newcomer guides in here instead of the main channel, since the main channel is for tier 8 and up, it means most subscriber already have enough knowledge about the game, but for this channel by adding the guides it will help them a lot
Maybe some "tutorials", for example, positions for each tank type, tips for playing lights, tds, arta...
Why is there a 3rd set of equipment, right above the two that you use?
Maybe you can make a Compilation from stream for e.g. „Best scout moments“, „Best TD moments“, … In this Compilations you feature only the moments/positions of great scout/TD Performance.

how about doing a 30 minute video highlighting tank lines... like how to get thru the line... do a quick overview of each tank... what you think the good tanks in the lines are... is it worth getting to tier ten... stuff like that... would be nice video to have for when they do on track missions...
I would love to watch grinding series lets say from tier 5 to 10 lets say half hour video every second or third night this will be awesome...... thats just what i would love it.

Stream highlight are a good start. Especially games where you play bad tanks with great results. Games where you are very bottom tier yet spank top tier tanks. For example if you play churchill game carrier and you outflank a top tier heavy and make him pregnant!

Skill, what an upset you've given us. Man I think you are missing more tanks than you say, in fact on the other page, the "extra", there are many tanks that do not have video. Many artilleries are missing, for example. You could also show specific places on the maps to position yourself and fight, depending on the type of vehicle you drive, I don't know. You're a machine.
