This mobile home is very nice, I really enjoyed seeing this layout! The manufacturer for this house Fleetwood Homes. The model for this home is the "16763h farmhouse." We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

This Fleetwood is nicely designed.
Can’t believe this is a single wide! Look at the room! Huge living room, large kitchen with dining area! Even a pantry! Amazing Master suite. Love the huge shower and closet! Awesome!!!

I would have never believed this was a single wide. The amount of living space is unreal. I absolutely love the front porch and side entrance. I for sure thought there would have been sacrifices made to allow that porch and dining area. WOW, just WOW!
Single wide fan. This is a good home design. Like those little windows letting in light. Rooms seem larger. I think I'd have to have sheetrock but this is a darn fine home. 👍

This is one my favorite single wide floorplans. I'd tweak a little with some finishes and other details, but this layout is so pretty and convenient, it's hard to beat. It has a spacious feel, but with a lot of design interest.
It's a good one.
My favorite SW so far is the Deer Valley " Lodge," Mossy Oak series.

I like single wide videos, mainly for the price. There are some that I feel a great for me and then there are some that aren't, but I still like looking at them. If it's between $90,000 and $120,000, it's a contender in my book. This one is a very nice looker in my opinion, but the kitchen doesn't have enough counter space for me. I bake a lot and there's just not enough counter space in this one for me. But it is definitely a nice looking home. Also, I don't care for all of the corrugated metal.
I would love that place for me down in Florida
I recently saw a shower about that size with a freestanding tub in it. Look great and seemed practical. I like the pricing.

I really like the idea of this single wide but oh Chance, Those secondary bedrooms are so small! Less than 9x9! Couldn't do that to my kids and too small for much else

The only problem is the roof right off the bat. It needs to have a little bit of eaves and gutters. We have any rain or snow and most of North America little bit of war the other people don’t realize the eaves will help cool, and the heat and having no gutters on the house will just let the siding rot. We bought a house with eaves, big wide but we still need to put gutters on for the rain with a California ranch. That’s why I find some of these manufactured homes are not always the best. You have to have a lot of add-ons to bring them up to standard.
Like the layout. I’m looking for a shorter, 2 bd 2 bth single wide. You’re crazy but I love your personality! Keep up the great video’s.
THIS ONE IS MY FAVORITE CHANCE DARLING! ONE CHANGE THOUGH, THE CLOSET DOOR IN THE BEDROOM NOT THE BATHROOM! TOO MUCH MOLD HUMIDITY ETC. ON THE CLOTHES RUINS THEM!
I hate the tile in the master bath. But it's not bad for a 2 1/2 bedroom ( the 3rd room is too tiny to be considered a full bedroom)
only chnge I would make is lose the bar seating in the kitchen and make it another bank of cabinets and counter top
I have viewed many of your tours & I do really like this home but I’m only interested in single-wide & smaller double-wide tours with a soaking tub in the master bath… Im hoping to find some content creator that has toured the new vision Anne Marie by Live Oak, or any 18 wide model with a laundry room connected to jack n jill hallway bath… I have been wondering if Champion makes any 18 wide models, as there is a Champion factory in Leesville Louisiana where I live.

I like this one. Just don't care for the strips on the walls, it makes it look cheap.
I'm not a fan of batt and board pre-finished sheet rock and wire racks.

Hi Chance. I know in mobile you can customize counter tops and cabinets, but say if there's a window in a closet or in the bathroom that I don't like, can I tell them not to put a window in those places?
Does the closet in main bathroom have a pocket door or?
Why do they almost always have the main bedroom doorway open from the general living space? Why not have a more private entrance, like a little hallway so that family and or guests can’t see into it so easily?
I can't get over the vent floating out on the floor & not up against the wall in the living room. That seems like a huge trip hazard. Is that actual metal walls or wallpaper to look like metal? Hmmm 🤔

Beautiful layout! I love it :) But please, please, *pleeeease* stop with the rustic farmhouse look! It's ultra trendy, tacky & tiresome now. Most mobile home owners struggle with bad taste jokes as is & the barnyard touches don't help. Five years from now buyers will be throwing themselves under tractors for investing in this look.
