Kaldereta is a dish that can be found almost anywhere, it is a staple for any restaurant within the philippines. This is my take on this dish and is perfect for any gatherings and parties, and will also be something everyone in the family can enjoy as it feeds a few people.
The ingredients required to make Kaldereta are:
1 Kilo Beef cut into cubes
½ Kilo Beef Ribs
4 Small Carrots Sliced
12 Small Potato (Cut in half)
1 Small Green Bell Pepper
1 Small Red Bell Pepper
160g Kaldereta Sauce
135mg Tomato Paste
1 Beef Knorr Cubes
6 Cloves of Garlic
1 Big Onion (Diced)
2 Green Chili Slice
2 Small cans of green peas
2 Cups of Beef Broth
Cooking Oil
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Salt to Taste
