Same thing that I thought as soon as I saw her eyes, looked like she knew. People keep saying it was drugs, and they're technically right, but forget that drug was alcohol. Alcohol has almost killed me (severe withdrawals, full-blown DTs). People too often forget alcohol is a drug, just a legal one at that, and a very dirty one in the sense it affects almost every single part of the brain unlike many illicit drugs and is arguably worse than those drugs (if they were pure). She downed 2 bottles of vodka, and alcohol poisoning got her. A student on my drinks college died feom alcohol overdose as well. It's just sad how people judge her so badly when they don't know the circumstances that lead a person to this, and all the while they drink themselves and act as if it's not a drug. Alcohol is one of the few drugs that if you stop using it kills you.but people are too stupid to get that, Smh. RIP Amy, God be with you.

I read the book written by her father. The last couple months before her death she was doing much better. She was off drugs for a year. She could go weeks without alcohol, but had some relapses. She had a relationship with another man who was much healthier than blake. Amy choose life but her body couldn’t handle her last relapse. I think the fact that she was trying to do better is making her loss more sad. She is missed. The best singer I ever heard.

Amy did get help. She went to rehab multiple times and she stopped doing cocaine and heroine before she died. Amy was getting better despite what happened to her.
