@@supbro75919 I would say my reflexes and reaction speed are far superior to the average person becuz of video games. I have a completionist attitude probably becuz of them too. I type insanely fast. I don't need to look at a keyboard to type either. To say there's zero benefits sounds foolish to me.

Yea we don't hear about sex addiction or snack addiction or toilet paper chewing addiction (I had a step dad that used to chew on toilet paper like it was gum). It's simply called an addiction. Literally anything can be addicting even drinking water. Everything in moderation!
