Chongyun's amd Candance's elemental infusion does not overwrites each other. They just stack but with different trigger time. The same goes if you put Bennett's(c6) elemental infusion with them, the elements will keep on changing within their respective duration. But this infusion doesn't applies to the infusion that can't be overwritten like xiao or noelle. But beidou's is a bit different. Her's doesn't infuse but it is like her burst coat the weapon with electro so even catalyst users can still do electro damage with her busrt on. So if you want a team with colorful elemental reaction, just put chongyun, candance, bennett(c6) and beidou
