- Illetas has three beautiful beaches : Comptesa, Xinxel( Militar) and Balneario situated very close to Palma de Mallorca( the capital of Mallorca),at only 5,5 kilometres from Porto Pi.
You can reach the beaches in the car, walking, or with the bus number 4 from Palma de Mallorca.
The beaches are very beautiful but crowded.
In this video you can see what look Comptesa beach and Xinxel Beach in May in a clowdy day.

I always enjoy the views from inside the water. This time there are a lot of people in the water and on the sand. I saw the kids playing futbol and hear the calming sounds of the ocean waves.
