can i meditate 2 times in a row but on a different crystal or is that not recomended
I cannot thank you enough for making this meditation available to everyone. I've been meditating for years and I've recently began holding crystals during my meditations, but I haven't intentionally worked with crystals like this. I was called to my sodalite crystal for no apparent reason today and I found your meditation. Clearly I needed it because this was such an incredible experience! I actually felt the power of my sodalite crystal and I felt this full-body sense of calm, peace, and like it's okay to be myself. I felt energy shift in my throat chakra. This is unlike anything I've experienced before in my healing journey and I just want to say THANK YOU!! I have a new appreciation and respect for my crystals. Thank you so much, I wish you the best!
Wow! !!!! Amazing ! Before I was meditating I was anxious , depressed, nervous , . During the meditation. My eyes were twitching and as I inhaled I seen a blue light clearing away my feelings and it was a scary smiling face but the more I meditated it went away and I feel 1000 percent better ! Wow ! Relieved and side eye at the face lol

My Sodalite has been calling to me for a while now but i pushed it away and worked with my other crystals, today i did this meditation and i understand why it was calling to me now because i have 2 things I've been hiding for a while now and im concidering telling people and being myself after this meditation, thank u🥰

Hello there. Thank you for the meditation. I could feel the stone and it's effects. It did the trick for me when you said "don't try to change anything, just notice if something has changed" Now the suggestions: If you can skip the intro, and get right into the meditation, that would be better. And at the end of the meditation, instead of removing the stone out of the hand, you could probably say something like "Stay with the sodalite as long as you feel like you need it, and when you are ready you can open your eyes" then gently end the video. You can write down on the comments or the description box the things you would like to say. Maybe you could say the most important things at the beginning and the end for a couple of seconds each. Like at the end "come back to it every day for at least 3 weaks or whenever you remember it". Another suggestion: you can change the title with 'throat chakra guided meditation with sodalite' as people are more likely to search for "throat chakra" other than "sodalite". Have a blessfull day.

I was meditating with my sodalite and fluorite with incense. I tried something new where I hold my crystal above my head then slowly move it down my body in my non dominant hand then bring it back up with my dominant hand. During the sodalite I got goosebumps and shivers when I went pass forhead. It was an experience.

Amazing meditation. I have a sodalite point that I used. I immediately started to feel the vibration through my left arm that came to my stomach and up into my throat. I also felt this in my chest. It was very heavy feeling at first then it disappeared toward the end of the meditation. I had a feeling "I got something off my chest." Interesting.

I have just managed to madidate after 4 years of trying as my mind was wandering all the time.
I use a few of my singing bowls (bought for that purpose at that time) + i hold my shungite stone in my left hand.
The shungite is always hot at the end of each session I would assume it did something good...
hi i bought a raw sodalite and i am noticing it,s not cold to the touch like other stones and it,s very light you think it,s fake??
I ended up crying at the end thinking about things... Is this ok?
