Come to tangier , for 150 000 $ you get an appartement with 2 bedrooms, high end Moroccan standards.
24/24 guardian and underground car parking spot including.

Tangier is 45mins from Spain by car , international airport, American and french schools and international universities
I think for 150K it would be wiser to buy a 2 bedroom apartment somewhere in a small city in Spain, like Fuengirola for example.

Taking into account that the global average temperature rises almost every year, I cannot even imagine staying in Morocco for a couple of days during the summer. I guess even Malaga region will be too hot in the nearest future during the winter.
Unfortunately, north of Spain is much more expensive in terms of real estate 🙄
But I remember visiting San Sebastian a couple of years ago - it's almost a dream place 👍
@@UkraineScamExpert actually, Tangier is way fresher than Malaga in summer because of being on the Atlantic and Mediterranean at the same time .
Temperature rarely goes above 30 degrees in Tangier during summer , very rarely.
My property is only 7000sqft, and already tired of cutting grass, removing snow😂
In such village house you only remove some snow so it would be easy to go out to a shop maybe. You don't clean snow everywhere 😁

Can You BUY the house. Then Build a Container House or Prefab House yhen Tear Down the other houses or build. Need Septic System and another Deep Well. Love the Land and River conections. Not the house. House needs to have 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and a fireplace. What are the estimates to have these done?? Indoor plumbing for sure!!! Do people have Garages there??? Is there a Builder there gor hire?? Or do You have to hire a plumber and electrician to het things done???
Of course there are garages and even swimming pools in some village houses.
2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms house will be pretty difficult to find in Ukrainian village. VERY difficult!
You can build such house with everything you want, but it will be from around 150K - 200K and depending on the interior may go up to 400K. I do not think many men will be willing to spend so much money for a house in a countryside somewhere in Ukraine.
Regarding building something, just too much to say or write, but you'll certainly hire an architect, several builders and so on for such a huge project.

I already said it many times in all my videos: such houses are sold within 1-2 weeks, sometimes even less than a week 😉
Find me a nice dacha on a lake less than 1 hour from Odessa city center. But it must be free of petal mines and must have cherry trees.
Such dacha less than 1 hour from Odessa city center with a small piece of land would start from around 150K EUR minimum 😀
More or less OK house with 800 square meters of land 1 hour driving from Odessa city center would start from around 250K 😀

@@UkraineScamExpert price is totally fine. What about raw land with no house? How is the pre-fabricated home market? I have friends in Turkey that export nice modern pre-fabricated homes. Although I do like the brick infrastructure of Ukrainian homes but to achieve a nice open living room the structural support needs steel or thick wooden beams.
@@mistereearly1141 I think such house has to be installed by someone who has been trained in Turkey where those houses are made and I am not sure if they will come to Ukraine now to assemble it.
Land can be bought for building the house, but at this moment I don't think it will be possible to find builders who would build a house fast and for reasonable amount of money.
Too many such builders are working outside of Ukraine and will not come until this war is over (

Such land plot can be bought by foreigner because it is right next to a house and comes with a land where building is built.

I agree that it could be sold for more, my father sold our weekend house like 6 years ago for 6000€, which is like 6.700$, and the land + house + general property was smaller, this was in Serbia though. Honestly I wouldn't like to live there, or in any settlement smaller than a large town honestly, I prefer an apartment or a house in a city / large town.
That's a matter of preference. Many people if they wouldn't have to work every day in the city would agree to move to a countryside.
But that will come with age, I suppose 😀

By the way, do you offer your services outside Ukraine? Like if I want to buy appartment in Serbia, Germany, or some other country, and I consult with you? Right now I'm a student so that ain't happening, but for the future I mean. The laws and place are different. Also, do you plan on making new unique videos, like the exposing the street beggars video which was awesome? I was never interested in online dating and these property videos are nice for the future, but I mean general scam vids. Maybe exposing those "charity" organizations?
I am not an expert in German or Serbian real estate and do not know laws and what to look for when buying real estate in those countries.

Hey man sorry for writing a third comment on the same video (though it does help your channel, with SEO and what not) - I have a question regarding Ukrainian law. It's also a great idea for your next video! Here: how hard is it to change gender from male to female in Ukraine? Not from a biological aspect, not hormone therapy and all that, but from a law aspect - ID documents, you being registered as a female. How long would it last? How much would it cost? Can you still be mobilized and sent to fight in the current war as a biological male who lawfully changed gender to female? Right now males can't leave Ukraine because of the war but females can - could you, in this case, leave Ukraine?

I will not record any video about it, but I will try to answer. From practical POV I cannot say anything, but theoretically because EU pushes our government to be loyal to all these gender changes, so theoretically if a man decides to change gender and changes documents that he is a woman - nobody will mobilize him (or her 😁).
If the problem is only in guarantee of NOT being mobilized, and leave the country, there are other ways which are much cheaper than changing gender.
But if it's a psychological issue and some man feels that he is a woman and needs that change, if he legally changes his gender, nobody will take him to the army against his will and of course, if such person changes docs that he is a woman now - no problem to leave the country 😀

Maybe some journalist attended the same classes with the same teacher where I learned English. Our teacher tried his best to perfect everyone's pronounciation and many of us tried to repeat similarly after him and mimic the way he spoke in English.
