It is because you have hurt your shoulder from three different sites and among these three sites there are degenerative changes( damage to the muscle and change of natural shape of the muscle ) at your Biceps muscle area. So you should heat up your shoulder with hot water bottle for 20 minutes if you you feel better with heat continue heat and Tens otherwise use ice fomentation and Tens for 20 minutes each modality two times a day for six weeks.. And Massage with move gel or cream three times a day for two weeks I hope you will feel better with it.May God bless you with health and prosperity.Physio Shabbir Ahmed from pakistan.Avoid lifting even 5 kg weight in the effected arm until when you have pain in your shoulder.
