You don't charge gems, charged gems are cosmetic items you can get from mystery crates. They're like glowies, but as I said in the video, they deal the same damage as regular gem weapons. Hope this helps.
A question for mobile: is there anyway to make your camera into 3rd person, because when i equip my weapon my camera automatically goes into 1st person
From what I've played on mobile, your camera is locked in 1st person view when equipping a weapon although I haven't been up to date with TL updates so that may have changed. Thanks for the comment!
