Hello am here after 2 yrs, now my issue is am using intel (R) HD Graphics 3000 which cant support OpenGL 3.3 and I want to run archicad 23 and it requires open Gl 3.3 what other options do I have

Brothers i want help whenever i use open gl me fps stucks on 37 but after doing fresh windows open gl gives me 140 fps but after 4 5 days it again give 37 fps any solution for thaat ?
