The first one worked! I’m able to access Virus and threat protection now 😄 its currently scanning for threats. "AllowUserUiAccess" already existed so I couldn’t create a new one, but I changed the value from 0 to 1 from the already existing one, and then I got access to Windows Security again. It’s progress! Thanks a bunch!

Mine can not be fixed also 😢😢 under the windows defender registry their is only policy manager.....could that be the problem?
