Water is a heavier liquid than gasoline so all the water would sink to the bottom and gasoline would float on top of the water

To keep the bow from losing tension you can cut slots on both sides on one of the hair clips slanting towards the tip, and use a loop formed by the string to slip it on. That way you can unstring your bow like a real bow.
