Yes!! So glad I'm not the only person who goes to the Dollar Tree for party supplies! I did my wedding like that in 2009, and people doubted I could do it without looking tacky. Mine looked nice, and this looks even better!!

It turned out very nice and would make lovely arrangements for wedding centerpieces as well if done in white? I would recommend putting a battery operated set of lights inside to light them up. In order for the foam ball to stay in place, you can push it into the glass container about 1/2 inch creating a ditch in the foam, prior to adding flowers.

Do you think this could work with an eiffel tower vase? I bought 10 of the vases on a whim when I caught a great sale at AC Moore, but the feathers are kind of expensive. I like the silk flower ball and think I can do that for a better price. I need 10 centerpieces for my daughter's party next fall.

Hey luv! Yes I think it would work with a semi cylinder styrofoam ball just place the flat part on the bottom :)

love the idea and will be doing this however I love to go to thrift stores and find taller or unique candlestick holders and just paint them all gold or silver for this or leave them cleat and mix and match

hi, have you ever used 4 of the candleholders to make a tall centerpiece? I'm trying to making something tall but I'm unsure how stable it will be with the 4 candleholders.
Uniiq Curvz if you use E 6000 and hot glue it will be ok to use 4 candle stick holders. I've done this in the past and all my decor still holding up better than just hot glue.
