ASSESS!
1. First.. I head to the bathroom and brush my teeth, then change into my workout clothes to get my workout in 😊
2. Unfortunately right now, I spend most of my time during the week working for someone else.
3. My alone time is after my hubby goes to sleep when I can prep/plan for the next day
4. Watching tv or scrolling social media
5. Organize my space, decorate, and spend time with my hubby
6. Resting at home, ensuring I get at least 7.5 hours of sleep a night
NO NEGOTIATIONS WITH MYSELF!!
GET TO WORK!
I’m going to create a time wheel to see where I’m spending my time so I can pull it together and prioritize what matters!!

I honestly believe you were put on this earth for a reason, this video made me cry, our family lost our only car this weekend in a car fire and I’m really trying to stay positive..I think I need to get this 💜💜

Ur videos have helped me so much!! The daily grind is my fav still working in my notebook but I have run into a little snag ... I fell 😂and broke my arm and foot work on cleaning out all the clutter in my house so for the next 6to 8 weeks I’ll be slow moving but will NOT stop
I’ve missed so many videos as I have Covid 😭

i work full-time nights at a hospital and hospice house. Also im going to school full-time. So when i wake up i pee, brush my teeth and make coffee. Then climb back in bed not wanting to wake up. Hahahaha

Just a mindshift I am sensing and my mind responds well to such. Like buy a new kitchen rug and magically the kitchen gets deep cleaned. This was so motivating and inspiring I need to make things better for me I lost my dad a year and a half ago I'm still grieving over that he was going through Dialysis for 4 year's and I was taking care of him to see a parent every day be strong and hard working then see them sick and weak every single day is really devastating , and I also have anxiety and depression I have days I'm not motivated to any thing I need to get my mental health in check after seeing this is making me feel more motivated to get things done

I just want to commend you, Angie for showing up, putting forth your ideas into the world, your creations, sharing tons of valuable content for free. Might I add that? There's something to be said for lifestyle UA-camrs, bloggers, influencers,it's very in...but your channel is really a breath of realness on the interwebs that I appreciate because it encompasses everything I love; self-development, fitness, decorating for the seasons and creating pockets of magic in my life, while balancing my creative side with my go better side. Ok now I'm about to go on a Tangent but I really feel compelled to share this...
I really want to highlight my main takeaway from today's talk and your premise behind the work book highlighted by what Andre said the other day.....which was it's not enough just to have, you know, a work book that you fill out, or a planner you halfway use or personal development books you read, it's really about applying what you learn, using these tools to map out the key steps to doing what it takes to actually achieve your goals, and being consistent with that application. It brings to my mind, a video that you posted...I want to say 2 years ago? I believe it was part of your very merry series and you were wearing the cutest shirt, very Valentines theme that I loved🥰 and you were just sharing the randoms of your travel bag, which was chock full of great ideas BTW, and in that video, you found a napkin with an idea for an amazing planner, and you laughed at it, saying this could be a million dollar idea...because at the time you wrote it, you thought it was either brilliant...or flying medication/airport cocktailsl induced... 🤣😂🤣 The TAKEAWAY is that you wrote down the idea, then you APPLIED it, you didn't just let that idea be an idea that never got looked at again, or tossed away...you went after it. So the lesson for me today is that how many of us have great ideas or goals that are ahhhhmazzzing BUT they just get lost & they never get worked on? That should be everybodies take away; go after your life... If there's anything you absorb from Angie's videos... It's to go after your dream life; it's possible for you to take your napkin ideas and turn them into million dollar ideas because there's a reason why that idea came to you in the 1st place....there's a reason why you were meant to create this planner...some people might laugh.... Perhaps finding this too hokey...but really these planners might be something that help someone reach their breakthrough or create their dream life or just manage their households better...it's going to help people. And I believe so will this workbook! If you hadn't created the planner would this work book have even come about? It's just the domino effective of it all for me... 🥰🤯🔥

Love this idea. Even though i’m not a part of the fit gym you have always been a huge encouragement for me to work out. I have a chronic painful disesase so i’m not nearly as active as i used to be. I made a little home gym in my house and now i do work out as much as i can because of you. This is such a great planner and what you said yesterday about not negotiating with yourself really stuck with me

Very excited for the launch of the workbook. I've been following the Daily Grind for the last few years and love how you are expanding things to share your wisdom with the rest of us. Appreciate you! It was a super gut check on what I do in my down time and how much time I waste. I thought I was mentally unwinding but I was mentally numbing and not meeting my goals and getting out of the rut.

Wow... 🤯 to be honest, I felt so bad when I answered the questions in my head. And I immediately realized that my current "lifestyle" isn't right. It isn't what I want to be. It isn't the best version of myself & I have to change it right now!
I don't mean to flatter you or anything like that. But these questions alone made me think a lot & made me realize that I'm waisting too much of my time. And I don't want that! I will definitely deal more with the topic now & ideally change my life! Thanks Angie for that! Did not expect a video by Angie to lead me to crying! Such a real and honest video. Felt like I was sitting down with one of my bestie just assessing my life to be a better wife and mama to my little. Thank you for what you give of your gifts and talents to us. So excited about this workbook! I didn't realize how I need to do some reassessing and how it isn't bad, it is just a moment of being real with myself.
Very informative to make me think about myself and to self assess myself and my life!
I found that I haven't been giving myself enough time to do what I want!
I've been trying to reorganize my lower level of my house but life got in the way. We were so busy with the Summer house that I was too tired to continue with that job, plus work my full time position at the office Monday to Friday. It is very time consuming to have two houses. I have found that I work the best with 7 hours sleep not 4.5 or 5 that I have been doing.
I needed this!

Angie- I LOVE you and your channels. Can you talk a little about sleep, recommended amounts, and issues with too little or too much sleep? I honestly feel like you are recommending sleeping less pretty frequently, and I don’t think that’s your intention. We need sleep for health.
