idk if it works on console, im going to try on xbox soon, but from what i can tell, you activate your ult and then whilst setting a portal you vault up a wall/ledge/whatever and press the left bumper (i think thats l1 on playstation) this makes it so when your portal is finished setting there is no cooldown for the next portal, all you have to do is wait for your L1 ability to recharge then you can repeat
