Q4M 3 || Chicago River Quest for A Mirror Trying to Catch one of the rarest Fish In the USA Illinois

This is attempt number three of catching a wild Mirror Carp in the Chicago river system during a very cold winter. This time we go even further north trying a different location to see if we can locate this rare river monster.
