you seem like such a nice guy... I am like you when I am travelling, always like to explore the neighbourhoods of the city where normal people live. Los Angeles is an amazing place to do this - you will never run out of places to go! last time when we were there we drove on Sunset Blvd all the way from Highland Ave over to Pacific Palisades. Also we almost ran out of gas getting lost in Hollywood Hills!
That was amazing, the neighborhoods and the views are fantastic! I'm going there in February and looking forward to it. Every time I go to L.A. I found out about more really fun things to see and do.

To get to Palisades or Santa Monica or elsewhere with cost of just a gasoline is a win win situation. For the rest of us abroad it's just a dream we've been dreaming for decades. I'm glad you made it yourself with just a gasoline :) It's good of you to drive slowly as it enables us to absorb the neighbourhood more precisely. The area is amazingly looking.
+Jose Salazar hi Jose. 1 hour is approximate to 70-80 miles? If I may ask, do you live in the city of Los Angeles? Yes the view at 26:45 is magnificent, Actually I got my favourite location which I prefere the most and it's the Ocean Avenue, more precisely it's the Ocean 201 Towers Buldings area, it's like the twins buildings over there. I think it's in Santa Monica. I wouldn't mind of having an apartment there, the one overlooking the ocean :)
+ddraguti yes that's a spectacular location for a perfect view. I live in the Lancaster/ Palmdale area, depending on traffic it takes me about 1 hour to get to Santa Monica area. I lived in San Fernando Valley before but saw the opportunity to profit from real estate and doing so, I purchased a home in Palmdale, Ca. I like it here because it's quiet

Well, at least you had motive to make such a step. Tell me when you head to Santa Monica you turn to State Route 14 and later take 5/405 if I am correct?

Thanks for this fantastic video. This just the kind of tour I would do myself if I was visiting. The view out over Venice Beach pier and the ocean was especially wonderful. This is a dream place for me. Thanks again.
I love your videos Los angeles is so HUGE and most of the places are beautiful what I don't like about L.A there are no classic or historical downtowns like in paris madrid london mexico city or even buenos aires or sao paulo.. Los angeles is a mixture of Mexico city and Acapulco together in one place
The house you were looking at at 21:32-22:03, the real size of the house cannot be perceived by just watching it from the front as seen in a video as the main part is in behind and cannot be seen here. I found the house on Bing Maps and observed it via the Bird View from multiple angles. I can tell you the house is of great proportions in it's entirety. Looking from above gives an impression of a spaceship or something. An amazing building no doubt. While zooming the downtown a smog is visible which makes the view limited to some degree. Not that it bothers that much though :) However other than that we may say the weather was very nice that day. Btw if notice well while going downhill you were having your quadriple blinkers turned on all the time correct. Or it's just the right blinkers. I assume it's because of your slow drive and frequent stops.

too much smog in Los Angeles, even next to the ocean I can see smog which goes to show how serious the air pollution situation is in LA
