Before installing Ac/Dc Fan please must remove/disconnect this thing from the electric board

In this video, I have shown that please must remove this thing from the electric board before installing Ac/Dc Fan. If You do not do this, then there can be is a lot of damage. So please must remove this thing from the electric board.
