Technically, if you found a perfect seed with an exposed stronghold and an exposed portal room that has 12 eyes, you could beat Minecraft in Adventure mode. :) Edit: Wow this comment has blown up.
The problem with the items is that Minecraft used to use a numeric ID system (which also happened to lead to some cool glitched items you could get, but I digress). At some point they switched to using namespaced String IDs like minecraft:stone and minecraft:egg.
This idea was first created and made by a brazilian youtuber i think. You have a really good content. Well edited, Well narrated and well everything. Interesting and non-boring
I just commented on another video how I get impressed by people who manage to beat the "impossible" gamemode. Despite having to "cheat" by the end, I am still surprised you made it this far. Even getting just the nether portal built and lit up is enough to be impressive, and you kept going after that, which adds more impressiveness points
POV: you walked into minecraft adventure mode remembering that one minecraft series where u can make choices and stuff thinking it'd be like that and ur greeted by THIS:
The reason downgrading doesn't work is because newer versions of Minecraft (1.12+ I believe) stores everything as string IDs (like "minecraft:stone") with older versions using numerical IDs (like 1, which corresponds to stone)
Well, with this knowledge, it’s only time before someone decides “Why not do the whole play through in adventure mode in 1.4.2?” And does the impossible.
This was so entertaining, the fact that he recorded this on Halloween and took this long to upload shows how much effort he really puts into his videos
I always thought adventure mode was a mode where you had to have the right tools to do anything. At least the time I tested it that was the case. Didn't know Microsoft/Mojang legit doesn't know that u basically can't finish the game in adventure mode without breaking/placing blocks 😅
For the last part, you could have converted them to 1.4.2 by changing their current IDs with _numerical IDs._ Around 1.7 or so, Mojang decided to drop support for numerical IDs and started replacing them with the IDs we know of now. If you used an inventory editor and/or a lookup table to find their numerical IDs, then you wouldn't have had to open to LAN.

u deserve more subs
1.4.2 was just the first version that let you place and break blocks in adventure mode. It wasn't changed to how it is now until 1.8. You only needed to downgrade to 1.7.10 for this... (More specifically, you could place and break blocks in adventure from 1.4.2 snapshot 12w34a to release 1.7.10 with the change to the current adventure mode done in the first 1.8 snapshot 14w02a)
Technically, if you found a perfect seed with an exposed stronghold and an exposed portal room that has 12 eyes, you could beat Minecraft in Adventure mode. :)
Edit: Wow this comment has blown up.
then it could be beaten cheats-free
@geoff ikr thats how lucky u would have to get.
@geoff nope its 10^12
camman18 talked about this but you use a creeperto explode the stronghold
@@Lx11avp thats true, but that would still force u to randomly guess where to blow up. Its so hard to do.
Bro Minecraft UA-camrs are literally the most patient people ever
That’s cool and all, but now do it in spectator mode.

BOTSACK
The problem with the items is that Minecraft used to use a numeric ID system (which also happened to lead to some cool glitched items you could get, but I digress). At some point they switched to using namespaced String IDs like minecraft:stone and minecraft:egg.
From the zombo piglins in the nether we see them wearing pumpkins meaning parker made the vid 2 weeks ago. Now that shows he's advanced.

Lol
You have a point.
This has nothing 2 do with the comment but btw u can beat Minecraft without the nether

Void append did it without cheats
@@aleatoriedades4101 YESSS! Why no one knows this channel? Hi did this way sonner
Alternative title: Leaving every player that says its impossible like a clown
YESSIR
Omg- true
But this video simply further proved that it is impossible to beat 1.16 Adventure mode on a random seed without Dream levels of RNG.
Meh
POV you listen to redraw mixes while your going to sleep
Soon "Adventure Mode Speedruns" will come to life.
the fastest run is prob gonna be like 10 hours lol
This was so entertaining, the fact that he recorded this on Halloween and took this long to upload shows how much effort he really puts into his videos
cool vid but the answer to these challenges is always to change the game to an older version
I always thought adventure mode was a mode where you had to have the right tools to do anything. At least the time I tested it that was the case. Didn't know Microsoft/Mojang legit doesn't know that u basically can't finish the game in adventure mode without breaking/placing blocks 😅
The only way to win is to get VERY VERY Extremely lucky and get a full 12 eye portal and beat the dragon-
It was like that in the older versions.
To be fair adventure mode is more for map players rather than to play on it
Well, you're not meant to beat the world in it...
@@lexhe8975 Or use setseed to get a perfect nether and end portal

Man, this was incredible!! Your strategy for the whole thing was too perfect!
"Void append" finished minecraft in adventure mode
the best he recorded everything and posted it here on youtube
For the last part, you could have converted them to 1.4.2 by changing their current IDs with _numerical IDs._ Around 1.7 or so, Mojang decided to drop support for numerical IDs and started replacing them with the IDs we know of now. If you used an inventory editor and/or a lookup table to find their numerical IDs, then you wouldn't have had to open to LAN.
