Of course Loki fell for Sylvie and vice versa. She’s the only person who wholeheartedly understands everything about him because she at one point experienced many of those same emotions. They’ve both been through hell and never believed someone could love or treasure them. I'm in love with this video. It captures their relationship so perfectly. When i saw Loki for the first time, he seemed sly, arrogant, angry with the world and full of ego. But this show tells us why he was all of those things, it shows him in a new light. He might be a god, but he's got issues just like us and he deals with it the way that he does.
And i really really want him to find his happiness, hopefully its with Sylvie. Like he said, she's amazing. She's gone through so much in her life time, and for the first time in all those years, she found someone whom she could be honest with and be vulnerable with. It doesn't matter if he's another timeline version of her. What matters is they both exist, and i hope they choose to be together, cause no one deserves to be alone.
Agreed, this is one of the few MCU relationships they might get right (not saying anything for sure because it's still not exactly canon).

I know!!! I don't care if they end up together platicically as best friends or more than that, I love this duo. Im a sucker for the soulmate trope even in friendships. I personally often feel that the only one who could fully get me is myself and loki feels the same way. He often feels it's better for him to be alone cuz then he and no one else will get hurt, but he doesn't feel that way with sylvie and vis versa. Their relationship just so beautiful. He is both learning to love parts of himself through her. Seriously my expectations for each episode is so high, but every time thus far they've been surpassed.

Remember that whatever they do between an ongoing apocalypse won't matter, because the civilization will be wiped out anyways. In Lamentis episode 4, the conversation and connection between Loki and Sylvie should be nothing, it should just be a farewell, instead, it created a nexus event, a unique one. It was meant to happen, that timeline's already there if only the TVA wasn't interfering. There's a universe for them to be together. THEY were supposed to happen.
