I heard from collectors that it's annoying to get reissues from Hasbro but I don't care because I really do need this Deadpool along with the Legacy Collection Hugh Jackman Wolverine figure for my live action/MCU collection, Great review.
I agree with you because it's nice to have a second chance to pick up figures I missed out on.
I don't see why, if you already have it then you don't need the rerelease, I never jumped on movie Deadpool because he was packed with Negasonic and didn't wanna pay a lot for the one figure, now I don't have to worry about that.
Honestly it’s very nice that Hasbro rereleased this and the tank top Wolverine as it was hard to find them, especially Deadpool without Negasonic. And it’s completely optional for collectors to get these or not, as these are more or less meant for people who either missed out on the original releases or are starting to collect Marvel Legends

I’m a new collector to Marvel Legends, and although I think it’s dumb that they reissued these figures, I will say that it is great for collectors like me to have figures that are available to get.
I lucked out today with this, found him at my local Walmart. Didn’t even realize he came with his guns. This figure is loaded with accessories I love it.

The guns are Desert Eagles. Deagles have a triangular shaped barrel. Glocks are blocky. 3:31 Line details on the shoulder strap make this Deadpool from Deadpool 2. So Hasbro kinda did cheap out on painting the other hands. 3:43 To be screen accurate, the collar should be turned around. It's backward; square section is supposed to be at the back of the neck. On the real suit, the collar was connected to the suit. There's texture on the bottom half that matches the suit's texture.
On the figure’s right pec, there are bullet holes in the consume which are from Deadpool 1. The glove thing is to separate the two versions as the 2 holes aren’t there in the sequel.
@@OliverEye I see what you're saying and I get what they were doing with the different colored gloves. I'll agree that the holes aren't there in the sequel; however, he does get similar holes in the same spot in some scenes. You can see them after he fails to stop Cable's bullets in the prison transport truck and after the crash when we're introduced to Juggernaut. For me, it's the shoulder strap design being more specific to Deadpool 2 that makes this figure that version. At the end of the day though, collectors can use him as whichever version they want.

@@MCUcollector24Glocks are much smaller, about 2/3 of the size. Also, their slides are solid rectangles and the grip has finger cutouts so they’re easier to hold. But good figure review nonetheless!

Really like this figure. I was able to buy him solo from eBay at about retail price. I got him on the shelf with my DOOM Slayer Doomicorn figure holding Deadpool in his arms.
For the hands, it's an easy solution, just use a gundam chrome marker, so all hands would match

@@MikeH7186 i'm from asia, i'm nit surr if it's available i. Other countries, but yiu could usually find it in tou shops that sells Gunpla or Plastic model, it can also be bought online jjst search for gunpla markers, it's available in different colors.

Awesome and I cannot wait to see Marvel Legends versions of the Deadpool Wolverine figures and the first two I want to get is Deadpool and his new outfit and Wolverine in his comic book accurate suit and with those two have head sculpts one will be the unmasked Hugh Jackman one and the other one being that the the mask one.

Those are Desert Eagles at Deadpool had.
As much as the retro-carded Deadpool has been an excellent go-to Deadpool all this time, and thus I skipped the two-pack, I'll make sure to get this one all on its own because the movie design was just THAT DAMN GOOD.
Same figure but the original one was hard as hell to get. So it's good to see it be released with its improvements
I have the ashy version so yes I'm getting this. And plus he comes with removable desert eagles that aren't glued to his holsters.

There is literally two latches on the chest part of the new suit. It's the only thing different so I hope they include some unmasked dp heads. Are we even getting DP3 legends?

Great figure. My only nitpick is i wish the trigger hands could grip the swords tighter so i dont have to keep swapping hands.

@@dcboi202 And both the swords and knife tend to stick to the sheaths after leaving them inside for long. The silver paint is already flaking off on mine :(
One of my all time favorite Marvel Legends, I got 3 open and just got this reissue and sorta wanna get a 5th but thinking about the eventual Deadpool 3 figs… 🤔
Yeah. Big Bad Toy Store really let me down on both the Wolverine and the Deadpool legacy figures. They were released days ago but my pre-orders are sitting open and unprocessed. It might be time to shopping in another direction 🤷🏼♂️

I got the one from the 2 pack and was able to get the deagles out myself, so I’d say if you didn’t get that one this is worth it, but if you have the 2 pack you probably don’t need it
I finally received my copy (I was supposed to receive it in August). I have no idea if there was a restock or if Amazon found some in their warehouse. If so then I am one of the lucky ones who finally got their order fulfilled.
I hate these swords. One wouldnt fit in the sheath and when it finally did it took off a chunk of the silver paint.

it so nicely reminds me of when i first saw deadpool on xml2 and thought he looks so cool. then i realized hes a blabbermouth and i started to hate him. but in toy form like this he just looks like an epic spidermanish mercenary

I think the newest wolverine that went up for po looks like the same suit as the new movie so could he be used as a movie figure? My Deadpool is otw from pulse now so is cable, I didn't collect when that two pack was out so I need this one. Only Deadpool I own is sentinels fighting armor which is an awesome figure/line and can't wait for magneto and cyclops!

I hope i can find this deadpool figure since i missed out on the 2 pack. I saw it and gamestop one time but didn't get it cause I didn't want negasonic teenage warhead. Thank goodness hasbro re-released this figure separately and still made it look exactly like the original version. I am definitely interested in getting this deadpool figure, and I'm very hyped to see deadpool and wolverine.
Edit: I found him in leeds walmart today, and I love this figure. It's definitely worth the price, and it was definitely worth it for hasbro to rerelease him, and I'm happy they did.

would been a nice detail if the leg were pinless this time around but oh well. At least the guns are removable now.

I might catch some hate for this but I would absolutely pay $30 baseline if Hasbro could guarantee all figures are pinless and butterflies. $35 if you add a toe hinge. Basically I want them to do what SHF does.

3:52 I missed spotting this QC on the first go-around. Legacy DP's right butterfly joint is a backward left butterfly joint. There are sculpted seams that aren't on the front of the original release's part. 4:34 Those seams match the ones on the back of left butterfly joint here.
