Staying Active Matters! 💪 Staying active and establishing a routine are such valuable points. It's never too late to prioritize health and find joy in daily activities!
I have been a loner for a long time. I enjoy my own company. I do most of the topic you're discussing. I need to do more exercises. Thank you for your videos
Agree with much of what you mention. I walk about 17,000 steps most days and meet people on the way. I have very little contact with my son and daughter and their families. I cared for my wife with MS for 26 years. We were married 51 years. She passed in June 2022 but she is not suffering anymore. I also go on occasional day trips with a seniors group.
I basically do a lot of the stuff but financially it’s got to be a miracle from heaven and I wasn’t built in my heart to live alone and no I don’t want to live with another female or a stranger… please pray for me that God will fix my camper van and get me moved to the right place and reunite my estranged children back to himself and me!!!
You forgot the most important. Who can check on you to make sure you are ok, in case you don’t have anybody? Is there any agency or public service to call when you need help with: getting up if you fall or getting cooked a hot soup if you are too weak from a flue to do that? Any thoughts?
If you’re not thriving in your golden years,, find out why ? Dig deep inside yourself and figure it out !! Don’t expect someone else to give you the answer . That never works ! After 60 , that lightbulb in your head should begin to light up!

I am 81+ living alone in Mumbai . Full freedom of activities. No instruction & no restrictions. I fully enjoying my loneliness.
I used to get upset about my wife practicing yoga every morning, but now I see how much healthier it makes her, and I’ve come to appreciate it.
