    NONDUAL BRAHMAN
    "Brahman is one without a second,"
    says the Chhandogya Upanishad (6.2.1).
    In the nondualistic experience,
    the knower, knowledge, and knowable become one.
    Thus, he who knows Brahman becomes Brahman.

    will be gradually subdued
    and the all the Vasanas or
    innate tendencies of the mind
    will be completely destroyed.

    NAMA : Nama Chanting done
    constantly with Faith and Devotion
    Vikshepa - restlessness of the mind subdued
    Manonasa - Annihilation of the mind
    Mind becomes still
    Chitta Ekagrata - one-pointedness
    of the mind attained
