    What do you think about the price for this innovation in hair care? 🤔

      You need to stop bleaching to prevent breakage. Bleach weakens the hair. Try keeping your brunet hair. You have s better shot at having shiny, thick, healthy hair. Good luck!

    I watched a ton of review videos on the Dyson airstrait before buying it, but I have to say your initial review was the one that finally made me decide to get it! I am so thankful for you doing that first video, otherwise I would probably still be trying to decide if I should get it. We have very similar hair, so seeing you have good results gave me so much hope. I've had mine a week and a half and have used it 3 times so far with seriously amazing results each time! I can easily go 3 days after using this and my hair will stay straight and smooth even through the humidity and heat here in Texas. It even gets those annoying little breakage hairs along my hair line and part to lay flat, which is impossible for me with a flat iron. I honestly kind of wanted to not like it because $500 is a lot, but it is worth every penny. If anyone is debating getting it, just do it. See if it works for your hair type, if not you can always return it!

      I totally wanted to not like it. Today I got a trim and I feel extra motivated to keep my hair healthy. So I’m sticking with this for at LEAST 6 months, hopefully forever, to see what it can do.
      And thank you for Such a great comment. I appreciate you so much for posting this. It helps me and I’m sure it’ll help others!💕

    How does it hold up in humidity? I haven’t seen anyone say if it stays straight or still curls up in humidity.

    • @StylishandGrateful
      @StylishandGrateful  Рік тому +1

      I don’t live in a humid area, but for me I’d guess there’s no way it would stay straight. Does anything keep curly hair straight in humidity?🤔 It’s already not AS sleek as with a flat iron. But it’s close enough to me if the trade off is healthy hair. But, that IS a great question. Thank you for watching too😊🌻

    Hello, I'm also testing this tool out & I'm enjoying it so far but I wanted to tell you if you add the hair supplement from Nutrafol it will improve your hair health tremendously! I also had damaged hair that wouldn't grow & now after taking it (for a couple years now) my hair is in the best condition & also the longest I've had it in my adulthood. Just wanted to share, good luck! :)

    I know this is old, but i noticed i see better smooth results when i press on the “plates” firmly than just barely pressing it to start straightening. I dont know if thats how everyone use it or not?

    I bought my airstraight for the same purposes. I have heat damage from never using a heat protectant after years of flat ironing. I have some broken off hair and the air straight makes my hair look as smooth as a flat iron without the direct friction of the iron and without the high heat. I use hair chemist sleek which is like color wow dream coat. I'm not prone to frizz but if you are prone to frizz and in a humid area, you should try color wow or the hair chemist. My hair is shinnier, silkier, smoother and softer than it's ever been in my whole life. The Dyson was expensive but worth every penny.

      That’s a great tip! I’ll definitely check that out. My hair is curly, so it’s very prone to frizz. I need all the help I can get with it!😊

    I listen to Chris too. I have the airstraight and have been using a round barrel blow dryer brush on my ends for when I want my ends curled since the air straight dries so straight. I have been using mine for about two months to cut out the direct heat of the flat iron. I use hair chemist sleek to keep my hair frizz free. I finish with 100% pure argon oil I bought from the health store on just the last one inch of my ends.

      Hi Cali! Someone else mentioned hair chemist too, I’ll definitely try that out. 💕I did add in oils and that’s been so helpful….I feel my hair is slowing improving. I’ll need to do a one year update next😉

    I've seen reviews of many of their products, but this one is definitely new to me. I've been air drying for the past 3 years and am interested in seeing how this works over an extended period of time. Tfs this update. Now I'm off to watch your initial impression. 😊 🌿🌼🌿

      Air drying is good if you like however it dries. I used to think I was using less heat by avoiding the blow dryer….🤨 so much to learn still in the hair care world 😊🌸

    Have you tried organic straightening? It's a treatment that is 100% organic and takes about 3 hours in the hair salon. It is great to reduce frizz too.

      I’ve tried different relaxers and things over the years, they do help…but I missed my curls so I’ve been trying to do less since I bleach. I figured I should try to minimize the amount of damaging I subject it to.😉 But thank you for reaching out and recommending something. Very kind of you!💕🌻

      It’s SO much…awe thank you for the compliment. I think likely the technology is expensive? Something else I should’ve mentioned is it is replacing two tools: the blow dryer and flat iron which maybe helps justify the price a bit more? But yes I agree it’s an investment. Thank you for watching🌷
