That steep mountain peak which you've pointed it out at 8:33 is Mt Esii (Mt Tenipu as others would called it) is the highest mountain peak in Manipur (for those of us who don't know about it). And to go to Dziiko Valley from Mao-Gate side, one has to climbed up and cross over through that thrilling narrow pass which indeed isn't for faint of hearts. But once we make it to the top, all the exhaustion and fear will naturally go away because the magnificent Dziiko Valley is clearly visible from there though it's still miles away. For thrill seeking adventurous hikers, I suggests the Mao-Gate via Mt Esii route for maximum experience. Hiking by foot and occasionally on all four 😂 with sweat and physical experience is always better than jumping into in a car to be taken to the destination. By the way, a good video it was.
What a police personnel....my father is also a police officer sir.. retired as office incharge i.e.(oc) I never see such a simple and energetic and so humble like you.... proud for that you belong from northeast....I am from Assam... 💐
Our NE is so beautiful and untouched.... I have started exploring the unexplored beauty of nature in Manipur and believe I am addicted now....i love ur approach to places which really attracts me too Sir.... Stay blesses and we are with u for more adventures Sir.. God Bless u Sir
I have been to Dzukou Valley 2 times from Vishama, but after watching this video I would definitely try going from Mao in the future.Very informative vlog sir..
Very touching video...reminds me of the book... THE BRITISH, THE BANDITS AND THE BORDERMAN... an extract from the diaries and articles of K.F. Rustamji, the first Director General of the BSF...in which he painfully wrote, How he was comparatively neglected and forgotten after his superannuation As much as he used to be sought after, respected and adorned while in service... Everything is short lived in this life...enjoy your best while in service...Pu Clay.. And I wish you all the very best...
I still remembered falling from a swing just like that giant roots hanging above the road way back in the 90s. I just enjoyed watching those beautiful landscapes, mesmerizing peak and the jungle roads. Thank you for sharing such a video clip of the border areas to the public, Pu Clay. It brings back memories alive again through your vlog...that's a good place for trekkers.
Sir, may God always bless you with good health, happiness wherever you are. I never seen the person who is fully dedicated to serve his mother land tirelessly. You are the gem of Manipur.
May be first time to visit by Manipur govt.top official inspecting and showing the boundaries of manipur from the base of Mount Esii, the Highest Mountain peak of Manipur. Thank you sir.
Big Salute to you Sir ji.... I would be grateful if you visit various parts of Nagaland as well. Love your priceless personality and adventurers nature. I should say while of Manipur state is very luck to have you. God bless you and your family abundantly. Not forgetting you team.
Sir this may be my first comment in your video though I watch your videos, I really like your humbleness and also respect you as an officer and intellectual person. You're a role model not only just to your community but to the whole youths from other communities in Manipur. I wish you and your family with good health. Lots of love from Senapati dist.
I was a student there myself at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Pfukhro-Mao for 7 years and i really missed this Place. During our stay there, whenever we have holidays, we used to go explore the Beautiful Sceneries and Landscapes which Nature had provided us. It was worth staying there, the environment is Super cool and the people living there are also Nice,we also went to see the Beautiful Dzuko valley through that same road via Mt.isii, it was a memorable experience, never gonna forget those Days Life was so amazing back then it was sort of Wild i should say😂we went there without Knowing the road we just followed the trails left by previous climbers and now as i recall those Memories i'm feeling a bit Nostalgic plus Lucky i should say 😂 what if we got lost that day amongst those Dense Jungles, our Water also ran out (i clearly understood the importance of water that day 🤣our lips even turned Purplish due to excessive dehydration) all Thanks to The Loving God he guided us safely to our destination(upon reaching Dzuko God gifts us with the most Amazing & Precious gift of Mankind one of the basic necessity of Life i'e water) the roads were super dangerous not for fainted heart people, if you all want to experience what a Real Adventure feels like ,i recommend going through this road by foot from the bottom at least from potato farm, once you reach the top of mt. isii i promise, you won't regret it, all the hardships faced on the road all of it will disappear. It's really Worth having a bit of an Adventure, this was the way our forefathers used to live, under harsh conditions and environments, sometimes as humans we have to experience what Life really is and how it used to be in the past before Modernization, only then we will appreciate and be thankfull for what we have, what we wear, what we eat today etc². By the way, Thank you so much Sir 🤝 for being such an amazing and an inspirational Leader. I was so happy that you prefer to walk up those steepy mountains instead of sitting comfortably inside a 4 wheeler, the vibes you shared also helps me recollect my past memories😇 May God Bless you (abundantly) and Guide you wherever you go. Best Wishes from #ZIONGOLHANGS2017BATCHJNVMAO 🤝
