Some of these kids are given an iPad or tablet to entertain themselves because their parents want time to their self in negligently procreating children they don’t want nor take the time to provide these kids guidance so the kids find solitude in their peers unfortunately. The parents have failed. The more DC encourages women to bear children they can’t afford by providing these unwed women free housing and food stamps to make more babies they willingly know they can’t take care of properly - the city is encouraging unwed mothers to breed children into the monsters we are seeing. Stop giving housing and food stamps to these women out here that are unable to raise kids properly. There needs to be a cut off and make these children see what it’s like to make an honest living by working and not stealing and robbing. I blame the parents and the city and the ease of how DC uses poverty to milk Congress into funding efforts such as described. It’s become vicious cycle that hurts children and young ppl in the end. Parent shouldn’t have children unless they can afford to raise them on their own without government funding or help and the city shouldn’t keep receiving funds to house ppl raising kids to think they get something for nothing.
